Wow! This was awesome. I’m 62 yo & I needed to be reminded of the things you said. Will be sharing this with our the Mens Christian fishing group I am part of. This talk was really inspiring. It was heart felt, things that were said took me back to my youth. Wisdom that my father instilled in me for my journey into manhood and life. I hope the young people who were in attendance really listened to Hank words. Me being a grown man, I can say he is point on. His last statements about three things in life about people were exactly the way to approach it. His take on the military was completely right, me being a veteran; I knew what I signed on for. My mom didn't really know, nor did my friends at home. But like he said, it is a blank check. Thank you Hank Cherry!
Wow! This is awesome! I gave up baseball this year because I feel in my heart that fishing is where I want to be. I love baseball but my life and my dreams are to be where you are today. I want to be a professional fisherman! I’m only 14 and my life hasn’t been easy. My mom and dad aren’t good parents. Drugs mean more to them than us kids but 8 years ago my aunt and uncle gained custody of me and my sister and that has changed my life. I started fishing with my uncle just to spend time with him but I quickly learned that is what I want to do. I have been doing tournaments for 3 years and have won state twice and got to go to Oklahoma last year to nationals and headed back to nationals in July. God has blessed me and I know it’s not going to be easy to make it but I’m gonna give 100% and work hard. This video really spoke to my heart!! Thank you
Mr.Cherry This is the most inspiring video I've seen in forever, I bleed this message, I wish this would get 2 million views , wow Thank You Sir , I was in a dark spot this past month ,with my kid fishing in college and unable to help him with anything, this video hit me where I needed hit , right in the mouth, it showed me to buck up and face the fact , as long as he is working hard, that what I may not be able to provide him ,like the rest of the parents, I can still pray for him ,as well as myself , and if we got God , all things are possible, it's on God's time , God bless you
