I got this because when I photograph bugs it is important to get the detail, like the segments on its legs, and the hairs on its legs, etc, not to mention a sharp image. Not going for art and don't care if the background blends out. In fact it usually takes atleast two photos to get the detail on the insect. But the images are crystal clear.
