    My test shows better values / higher reading than standard one available in market which is good sign that I found better solution that existing in market. Which statistical analysis should which also help to interpretate my result

    How to denote significant difference in multiple comparision like inserting () a, ()b,() ab,() c .....

    Can you still perform the anova with the fisher's lsd and tukey, if your results show a significant result in the shapiro/wilk test?

      No! Fisher's LSD test would not be appropriate if your data is not normally distributed or have unequal variances (if your results show a significant result in the shapiro/wilk test). In this case, you have use the option for "unequal variance assumed" in the same option where you find the LSD option window.
