Fisher's LSD Explained

In this video, I help explain how to conduct Fisher's LSD in Excel. Fisher's Least Significant Difference is a method to compare two unique groups within ANOVA to determine if they are similar or different. In this video, learn how to understand when and how to use Fisher's LSD both when groups are the same size as well as when they are different sizes.
Skip to 2:00 for Fisher's LSD using equal groups or 11:00 for when groups are unequal size.

What if the classes int he sample are of unequal size. Can we still use LSD? A d if yes does the formula for LSD remain same? Also when we are taking the n valuse of any 2 classes, why are we doing so and why not a specific grp mean?
