Nice short, as usual :) Couple of tips! 1) Add a couple tablespoons of vinegar with the bones. This helps extract the minerals from the chicken parts as they cook. Very healthy for you! 2) Easier way to remove fat, if you hate skimming like I do: Refrigerate it as is first. The fat will seperate and you can literally just peel the chunk of fat off the top. Less messy 😉
