After nearly 10 years of promoting and respecting this company, the sudden and unexplained termination of our partnership has been quite frustrating. It is actually disappointing. I started knowing Torguard from your channel and using Torguard since ISPs in my country started using DPI. Their anonymous proxy services and VPN are working mostly as intended among other popular VPNs, but not in iOS platform. I hope they would reconsider their action to you and have to talk openly what were the penalties or reasons. It feels like kicking back you and our shoulders. Their VPN services are really good that I cannot have to let it go so far.
@@Player_LeoFG i got a 3 year anonymous vpn pro plan for $89.99, great value for the service. Not let me down since and support is pretty prompt so yeah thats why mine expires in ajnuary 2025 thouhg so may try another provider just to see
I would add a system to be able to disregard some of the criteria in the tierlist, e.g. If I dont care about the community, proton would be Nr 1. So I can tailor it to what its important to me. :)
Sure, but there were 5-10 other ways they could improve their product and be ranked #1... No need to be salty or take away the affiliate program (if this was the case, i am not sure, since I was not told why they deleted my affiliate status and blocked me).

Torguard member for 6 years and over the last month of so I have had the service disconnect on me when I have been in the middle of using it. Hopefully the problems that I have with Torguard's service resolve itself because I don't want to be disconnected when I am in the middle of torrenting.

You basically kept this company on the radar in the vpn community with your positive reviews, and this is how they treat you? Lesson to be learnt here. Companies especially big and rich ones are and will never be your friends.

I suspect they could be mad their ranking has slipped due to stagnancy and slow development such as no Apple TV app no split tunneling etc , but no idea since they didn’t tell me 🤨🤨

I myself have been having issues launching the client and haven’t been able to fix.

Fair enough. I reported my issue and was basically informed to uninstall every other vpn on my computer when that has never been an issue before 🫣
