It's nice to see what a USC student goes through about every day. In planning on going there since a family member went there years ago and wasn't to start the legacy of going.
I know this is very, very, very far down the road, but USC is easier to get into for grad school than undergrad if your dream is still alive at the end of it all. Still tough, but not as tough.
Hi! I was just accepted to USC today! Let me say first off that it is difficult to get in, but don’t be discouraged by it! I believe the most important thing in the USC application is to show curiosity to learn, great personality, and devotion to studies. My ACT score was not the best (a 29) compared to USC’s average (32 I believe). My math section for USC was 26 even though I’m a business major. I really think wha sold me to the admissions officers were my essays. USC receives tons of smart people, they want interesting people too! So just work hard throughout high school the best you can and you will make it!
hi! i loved this video! I'm starting my freshmen year at usc and i'm honestly really nervous because I don't know what to expect! it'll be great if u could give me some advice and tips on starting the new school year!
Freshman year was super fun! I had fun classes but I think joining clubs and activities you enjoy is key. My second semester was cut short because of the pandemic but everything seems to be returning to what it was pre pandemic so I’m sure the new freshman class will have a blast
hii!! I just wanna let you know how much I love your video! I watched it over and over again before the decision was out, and I am watching it again as a newly admitted freshman! I am also a vlogger(not a youtuber though, my videos are on bilibili)! Maybe we will bump into each other in the campus haha!
hi! im a coming freshman at usc this fall and i was trying to get a sense of the workload/social life balance here. for reference, what program/major/classes were you in for this video? and what dorm did you live in? thank you sm!
Hi! I was a bio major in this video, but I quickly switched to undecided and am now a music industry major (junior year now). Classes where mostly GE (general education) classes which all majors are required to fulfill, and I had one general bio class as well for the premed track. Workload was a lot, but my high school was pretty academic focused so it was comparable. I lived in parkside IRC freshman year! Loved the suite style and private bathrooms.
Hi fellow ARMY💜☺️ is it okay if I ask which suite you stayed at and which dining hall you went to in this video? I got into USC Viterbi through EA (yayyy dream school❤️💛❤️💛) two weeks ago and I’m trying to do as much research as possible before filling out the housing app lol. Thanks sm for this video-I def need to get a bike now after seeing how handy it is for you :))
hi, so sorry for the late reply but I stayed in the Parkside IRC dorm! and the dining hall is also the Parkside dining hall. congrats on getting into USC!

Lmaoo was the Judy in the first couple of clips?! 😂 Good stuff tho! Fellow Trojan here✌🏼
I’m sure there is! There was a day when all sport clubs did a fair, and the first two meetings where usually free tryouts for students who are interested!
Hi, you might not be able to see current classes available if you’re not a USC student yet, but if you check out the list of majors at USC, you can see what classes are required for certain majors and that could give you an idea of what classes you want to take in the future!
I recommend looking up recent USC class stats like class of ‘23 or ‘24 average gpa and test scores! As long as your stats fall into the average you should have a decent shot at getting in. My stats were better than the average of past accepted classes, so try to do the best you can! 💕
Thank you so much! USCs acceptance rate drops every year. I’ve wanted to go to USC ever since I was a little girl. Can you tell me more if you don’t mind? Like extracurriculars?
Sidney Opara I’m p sure the acceptance rate was actually the highest it’s been for years this year. For ecs I was a sub captain for my schools robotics team, did a bunch of stuff and internships abt my major and my culture. I also went to a upenn engineering summer program :>
6:00 . no studying, no school nothing. eat food , swim, eat again. freshman next year she will be pulling her hair and cry calling home asking to drop out
Just watching this is already giving me Visions of my future, It’s pumping my heart of excitement....I’m both scared and Excited for Becoming an upcoming Trojan and at least I gotta see what goes on in a student’s day in school.
Watched this video a bunch while waiting for my decision, finally got in last week! Thanks for making this.
ah congrats!!

I actually did fine freshman year as a premed student, and am currently enjoying a 4.0 gpa as a sophomore. No crying about dropping out here~
@@ckim.archive pre med is not hard. med is hard. lol
I never said premed is hard, just saying I actually study and don’t cry like you grossly assumed
@@ckim.archive we need proof
