You need to be extremely ambitious to go to Stanford and be an athlete, so I suspect that he's fallen in love with the grind and has a vision of his life that he wants to realize.

I also loved how you didn’t wanna focus too much on your athlete side of the story, since we don’t get to see much of your student life. Lolipop got it right 😂 I run every day of the week and sometimes twice in one day. Usually practice lasts around 4-5 hours with stretching and lifting

do you ever feel like being a student athlete makes it hard to stay up with school work? and is the work load something that clashes with/ stops you from social things like parties?
Personally, I haven’t felt that much of a conflict. Obviously you have to prioritize certain things in life over others, but I think that’s the nature of the beast if you’re trying to do something to the best of your ability. I feel like I’m living my best life tho! Feel free to Lmk if you have any other questions 😊
