I really like this premise. Hope they add “Mortal Enemies” to the setting. As some humans that invaded hell that survived and continue to wage war against the forces of Hell as isolated enclaves with varying levels of zealotry. Maybe even some who ally with the lesser evils against greater evils?
i like this setting a lot, each faction is both a typical demon architype and a reasonable response to your entire society collapsing. im surprised that it took so long for the lesser demons to mess things up tho
