so the mothers logic was because her younger sister was spoiled she should essentially neglect her youngest daughter whilst spoiling the oldest?.. ngl feels like the mother is taking her shit out on her own kid and only continuing the bs she supposedly had to deal with growing up with her own children. honestly sad when a grown ass adult takes their problems out on their kids.
OP's mom spewed so much poison that she died from it. I'm glad OP was able to get what she deserved from her grandpa's will. the fact that her mom was dead by 40 means karma worked overtime on her ass and it was swift and deadly. my mom did the favoritism shit between me and my 4 siblings. my sister is her favorite daughter and my middle brother is her favorite son. i have 5 kids of my own and ALL of my kids are my favorite. i connect to each one of my kids in their own way. i never wanted my kids to feel like i did growing up. my mom is now in her 60's and just now starting to realize the damage she did to us as children but i no longer have an relationship with her like i used to. i keep my distance from my mom. being around her hurts and i have no wish to hurt myself like that. our relationship has been better since i keep my distance.
Well, the aunt was obviously in communication with the OP, so they weren't NC. And she obviously was doing well enough for herself that she could take in her niece for a while. So, my guess is that she wasn't wild, at all. I think the Mother was just another Lori, and LIED about the whole thing!
Someone I knew in junior high school actually murdered her sister when she was a young adult, because the parents always gave the sister preferential treatment. She’s now living out her life in prison.
I know how she feels. My mom was like that, except her crazy ass flip fooled back and forth between my sister (about 80% of the time), and me (about 20% of the time). And if anything bad ever happened, it was my fault.
My parents treated the oldest son as Golden Boy. He was the neighborhood A-hole. Other neighborhood parents hated him, he was constantly terrorizing and beating up their kids. I grew up in my friend's homes. On weekend mornings the sun would creep thru the window and I would bust out of bed, get dressed and out the back door to my friends house. It was early and I would knock on their back door. My friend's mom would open the their back door in her bath robe, turn around and go right back to bed. It was 6 am. I think back now and realize what a saint she was. She knew about my brother and tried to help with what she could. I would sit on the couch downstairs watching tv until my friend woke up. She was truly a Saint. I quit visiting my parents decades ago. My mother is in the nursing home still sulking over every little thing possible. She was miserable and she chose to make herself that way. I can honestly tell you that Manifestation is real. Her belief system was centered around being the victim.
I wonder what actually happened between OP mom and aunt. I find it hard to believe that the grandparents would favors one daughter over the other. At least to the point that the mom would displace her anger into her own daughter just because she was younger. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some hidden issue that the mom took to her grave.
As parents you spend money on your kids they don’t have to pay it back. They don’t owe you anything. I hope the grand child can actually grow out of this because she’s becoming spoiled like her mother.
They’re golden child already has a failured her future. Now you’re gonna take it away from your younger daughter, like you always do when it was not your right to do that.🤬
I can't help but think the OP's mother lied about her little sister getting "ALL" the attention. She was probably a narcissist from the moment she drew breath, and her parents giving her sister ANY attention caused her to develop hatred for not only her sister, but her parents as well. The mother was an evil, nasty human being, and the sister was a chip off the old block. Dad was just a simp who didn't have the will or the guts to stand up for his younger daughter. An evil in its own right.
a 16 year old got knocked up by a college guy. the likihood of this being a fellow 16 year old just a child prodigy is rare... so Josh was probably in his 20s which means... police should be involved. I don't care if she is a problem kid, minor impregnated by adult should result in jail time and prison yard beatings.
It's funny how entitled the mother was. She went to the same exterms her parents did. I almost wonder if the aunt was even spoiled. If the mom just lost her shit over any attention her sister got. My sister would act like that when my mom gave me any attention which she had to do because of my autism. I notice the dad is never mentioned again so I wonder if he divorced his crazy wife or after her death he tried to start fresh. Because he was super spineless. In sure sister will try to get back at op if she finds out she is rich.
It does NOT mention that the OP is now rich, just that her college fund was returned and that the AH garbage of a sister had to pay 5000 in penalties to her. ( should have been much mush higher as in move the decimal point over up two. Instead of 5000. make the minimum penalty 500,000. to be paid to the sister. Also a PUBLIC retraction of the libel , slander and defamation of character that the AH sister did. Oh, also, remove that child from that AH sister Lori. Something that FOUL should NEVER be in charge of a pet ROCK, much less a human child.
@Mary Starr yes if she was Rich. Which is what I meant. Her life is most likely better off then her sister. So compared the two the op would be seem as rich. But it's interesting they had to pay 60k upfront which means they spent 20k already. My guess their legal fees or the sister and mom went spend happy because the rest was paid in installments
Geez, what did the mother die of, sheer meanness? I can hardly credit that a woman like that would have the decency to plotz and let everybody else have some peace!
It was salt in my wounds when, my father the second son to his older brother Joseph, treated my older brother as his golden boy. My older brother smoked weed, drank up my father's beers, dropped out of college and crashed his car. I stayed clean and sober, graduated college, and got a well-paying professional career. My father wanted to know why I couldn't be more like my older brother. What?! Should I smoke dope and drop out of college? Dad! Why can't you be more like your brother Uncle Joseph? What?! My brother Joseph is dead! Hmm!!!
The parents are monsters and hopefully spend their final years homeless and forgotten. Glad to hear the monster mom passed at 40. They aren’t parents, they’re serial abusers and deserve the worst life has to offer. Lori is a monster too and will destroy her own life and likely try to pawn her Trisha off on OP’s abusive parents.
This could have been a story about my life. Except my brother stole the inheritance money. My dad dying with brain cancer wanted my mom to always have a home for herself and if anything happened to any of us 4 grown children we would always have a home. Fast forward 40 years later. Dad died from brain cancer and the inheritance was gone brother kept almost all of it. My share went to buy a house for my mom, I wanted to keep my dad’s dreams alive. A sister stole from her kids, her worthless husband got into drugs. 4 grown kids, 3 untrained pit bulls and 1 weeny dog not house broke destroyed the home. I was told that mom had a Will where she was leaving the house to us 4 grown kids and her favorite grand daughter. Not anymore. Mom is giving her house to the drug sister. I have disowned them all. We have had my worthless siblings life with us at one time and or another and never received a thank you.
I already know where op's egg donor is after she passed I don't think it's Heaven. Hopefully now the sperm donor is free from his narcissistic wife and daughter. I'm not surprised that the parasite cut off op after court ruled in op's favor. Egg donor and parasite were only mad that they were meeting consequences for their vile actions.
I really enjoyed this video. I’m tired of hearing stories where the victim puts up with so much crap. Real life for the most part isn’t like that. We get pissy and take action right then and there
Honestly I am such a fortunate kid to not have experienced this. I never even realized this was something that parents did to children, "Child favoritism" until i was 25 years old and I heard about my girlfriends family. In my family we were 4 brothers and we were all completely different from eachother but our parents always treated us equally. Every one of us got the same number of gifts, if different but always equal value, we all got the same lessons , whether sports or music. I couldn't have imagined a family where that wasn't the case, it just never made any sense to me. I feel so bad the kids that had to grow up with such awful terrible people as parents
Like the girl fought back -- luckily to get the lawyer video will envolved. Deflation was going nowhere (hard to prove in most cases) . I am assuming OP was 18 at the time she retained the lawyer - a I am sure it was on contingency (which means if she got $80K, then she they sued them for much more). Not sure I believe the mother physically attacking OP at end -- or even if she died at 40. (that date strikes me as young for the mother passing a few years after the case) ..
Did she have her at 20 and have her older sister who was 4 years older at 16? I almost started believing this story and she messed it up into fanfiction in the end.

I love them both equally BECAUSE they are both so different. I support them in everything, and enjoy the differences. No,OP, your parents shouldn’t have a favourite child, THAT IS SO WRONG.
S1: I always enjoy a good old fashion nuclear reaction, OP left nothing but burnt and salted earth behind. People tend to forget that their are always reactions or consequences for their actions. Usually no reaction, the reaction or consequences they thought might happen and then my favorite all out nuclear war, scorched and salted earth War to the K ice and take no prisoners. Hey now my baby girl is my favorite she is the baby and the only girl and she does get a little more then her brothers do but not to the point it's noticeable but that's mainly because her brothers tend to want and ask for more expensive things then she does
so the mothers logic was because her younger sister was spoiled she should essentially neglect her youngest daughter whilst spoiling the oldest?.. ngl feels like the mother is taking her shit out on her own kid and only continuing the bs she supposedly had to deal with growing up with her own children. honestly sad when a grown ass adult takes their problems out on their kids.
I doubt the aunt was spoiled at all I think it was just an excuse
I’m kind of surprised OP didn’t ask Grandpa about this while he was still alive
OP's mom spewed so much poison that she died from it. I'm glad OP was able to get what she deserved from her grandpa's will. If OP's mom was still alive and I was OP, I would have taken pictures of myself living an extravagant life and sent them to her with the caption, "Still wishy sister had a better life than me?"
She didn't die from the poison she spewed, she was just so full of shit that she finally choked on it
Glad OP had good friends and her aunt!
Money should have been put in a trust & the lawyer handle it.
Have to tell you that I found the ultimate revenge for having the life of middle sister to the “Golden Child”. I married the man who became my mother’s “Platinum Child”! Nothing could be sweeter! 😂🤣😂
😄😄👏👏
OMG. They stole your inheritance?! Time to get a lawyer and sue the carp out of them.
SUE SUE SUE
Call Grandpa's lawyer.
Well, she did.and she won 😊😊
It is really sad that parents pick favorites among their children.
I came from a family exactly like this Is! I am so glad for this young woman Is! That is a true reason to stand your ground Is! She should have also sued her mother for pain and suffering for the Abuse!
That’s how you have self respect
the fact that her mom was dead by 40 means karma worked overtime on her ass and it was swift and deadly.
my mom did the favoritism shit between me and my 4 siblings. my sister is her favorite daughter and my middle brother is her favorite son.
i have 5 kids of my own and ALL of my kids are my favorite. i connect to each one of my kids in their own way. i never wanted my kids to feel like i did growing up. my mom is now in her 60's and just now starting to realize the damage she did to us as children but i no longer have an relationship with her like i used to.
i keep my distance from my mom. being around her hurts and i have no wish to hurt myself like that. our relationship has been better since i keep my distance.
They didn't even split it with $40k to each.
Why the full 80k was ops not mom dads or that pos sister
Story 1-What happened to OP's aunt...her mom's younger sister, whom her mom contended was spoiled and a "wild child"?
That makes me wonder too. Like... did she become homeless?? Die? Or go NC because of OPs Mom
Well, the aunt was obviously in communication with the OP, so they weren't NC. And she obviously was doing well enough for herself that she could take in her niece for a while.
So, my guess is that she wasn't wild, at all. I think the Mother was just another Lori, and LIED about the whole thing!
@@AuntLoopy123i think op mom was narcissistic from childhood that's why she was treated differently
I wonder why the mother passed away at an early age? I'm happy for the daughter that she got her money, attend college, and became successful.
Sharing goes both ways I would’ve kept the toys at his house
The mother was so determined to not treat her youngest daughter as her youngest sister, that she turned into parents
Someone I knew in junior high school actually murdered her sister when she was a young adult, because the parents always gave the sister preferential treatment. She’s now living out her life in prison.
Damn, Mother was so filled with hate she died😂
I know how she feels. My mom was like that, except her crazy ass flip fooled back and forth between my sister (about 80% of the time), and me (about 20% of the time). And if anything bad ever happened, it was my fault.
My parents treated the oldest son as Golden Boy. He was the neighborhood A-hole. Other neighborhood parents hated him, he was constantly terrorizing and beating up their kids. I grew up in my friend's homes. On weekend mornings the sun would creep thru the window and I would bust out of bed, get dressed and out the back door to my friends house. It was early and I would knock
on their back door.
Her belief system
was centered around being the victim.
I'm glad op get her money back from her family they are evil
I wonder what actually happened between OP mom and aunt. I find it hard to believe that the grandparents would favors one daughter over the other. At least to the point that the mom would displace her anger into her own daughter just because she was younger. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some hidden issue that the mom took to her grave.
I don't think they would be mistreatment between op mom and aunt. Maybe op mom was brat
That "mom" died from all the hate in her heart. To much bile built up.
As parents you spend money on your kids they don’t have to pay it back. They don’t owe you anything. I hope the grand child can actually grow out of this because she’s becoming spoiled like her mother.
They’re golden child already has a failured her future. Now you’re gonna take it away from your younger daughter, like you always do when it was not your right to do that.🤬
Grandad never would have left the money in her parents trust, he would have left it in the lawyers hands.
I’m surprised grandpa didn’t will his house to OP
a 16 year old got knocked up by a college guy. the likihood of this being a fellow 16 year old just a child prodigy is rare... so Josh was probably in his 20s which means... police should be involved.
Holding all that hatred can do a number on one's health. Perhaps dying is the only good thing she ever did for OP.
I would have turned into a bowl of rice crispy, snap crackle, pop and open a can of whoop Ass😠😡😤🤬
It's amazing how people are train to be doormats how a person is as they're older is a direct reflection as how they are raise
Hmm!!!
I wonder what happened to her dad and her niece.
The voice over this episode is hilarious 😂😂😂😂
I'd like to think my mom wouldn't do this but I know my brother is my mother's favorite . And my dad doesnt seem to like me anymore. Oh well
I understand completely, I took after my mother’s side (she abandoned us) but I had the height and brains. My brother got the looks
@@steve9833 ahh missed that -- i was focusing on mon's age thinking it all didn't match up well -- good catch.
I know that feeling!!
I would have pressed charges, after getting a Lawyer!!
Some people don't deserve to have kids!!!
Considering the age of OP and her sister, how could her mother die at the age of 40?
its called lien on the parents home, the fact they stole your money they normally lose there share.
Good on you for Suing Mom for the 80K they STOLE from you. Fun part is that they STOLE 80k, which makes this Grand larceny. Robery is covered up to 15k Above that is a Felony crime.
24:41, Criminal Vandalism and Destruction of Private Propety.... If you got a Copy of this video you will be abue to use it in Criminal Court.
29:34, Assault and battery.... Want another Charge?
Should have sacked on child support as well as abuse, neglect, and pushed for criminal charges.
Yeah as a parent I honestly don't understand how anyone could treat their child that way, its absolutely abhorrent. you have ONE JOB as a parent: love and support your kids, ALL OF THEM, not just when they meet your expectations and not just ONE of em. ALL OF YOUR KIDS.
OP should have had even MORE damages from the abuse and psychological trauma.
Do we all agree that the OP'S parents and sister deserve to lose everything.
Because she older is not an answer that’s gaslighting a small child 2:05
Time to Disown the Entire Family !
Trust me, it will be the Best Decision you can make and you will be so Free from their bull crap you will be successful in everything you do !
Man, I feel so lucky that I had my Grandfather until I was 42. My Grandfather was born in 1910 and died in 2001 at age 91.
"Charged with abuse" 😂 it's called assault
I love how he narrates❤
There was a lot of times during this that I thought 'hmm, maybe murder CAN be justified after all' 😅
If it were me, and they were calling me insolent, I'd let them know what being insolent really meant.
I become SO saddened when I hear OPs stating that parents have their favourite child. I have 2 sons and I feel I am so blessed to have two completely different children. I love them both equally BECAUSE they are both so different. I support them in everything, and enjoy the differences. No,OP, your parents shouldn’t have a favourite child, THAT IS SO WRONG.
Parents do play favorites. Its not right but they do. It creates sibling rivals and animosity.
Or damn the torpedoes full speed ahead…..OP learned a valuable lesson, just because they are blood relatives doesn’t mean they are family.
Family is more about behavior and Yes, Virginia, you really can pick your family based on how they treat you.
