      @@qwertq8991 feel free to translate this, but no. Anne Boleyn’s daughter, Elizabeth Tudor, never married. Her successor was actually her second nephew James I, who is the son of her cousin Mary Queen of Scots. So the descendants of the royal family today only have partial Tudor blood from princess Margaret (Henry VIII’s sister) but none of Anne Bolelyn’s.

There's a contemporary (meaning from that time period by an eye witness) report of basically this argument, though this is obviously dramatized and the subject matter made up based on what we thought it might have been about. People rant on the historical inaccuracy of the Tudors, and that's mostly very true, but they DID put in a ton of accurate little Easter eggs for those up on the history enough to find.

      They showed henry young.....he was gorgeous but after anne boleyn and his accident he hallooned up due to his injuries....they didnt gruff him up enough in makeup further into the series but he was kniwn in the esrly yimes as a handsome man

      If you watch the series Wolf Hall from 2015, a British production, you might want to reconsider your dinner invitation.....We don't know if she is as unpleasant as depicted but it's one possibility.....That series is also unique in that Thomas Cromwell is portrayed as a hero and patriot.... The idea is that he has been misunderstood by History whereas Anne is unworthy of a rehabilitation.

    My heart breaks for her! I literally as a woman and as a mother can feel her pain that it I actually hurt for Anne. How terrible is it to be blamed for not only being cast aside and blamed for not being able to play God & grant that man a son…. but for them to have the audacity that you should be blamed for your unborn baby’s passing?     This was the case of two actors who were born to play the roles. I've never wanted to watch anything about Henry Viii or Anne Boleyn after Johnathan and Natalie because to me nobody will ever come close to what they did.

    Everyone says that king Henry was terrible to Anne and this is true but she definitely deserved it.She treated the first daughter of Henry and Catherine ,Mary awfully.She was terrible to her and Mary was removed by court and denied contact with her mother because of Anne and she was just a child.

      Henry was terrible to his own daughter. He made those decisions. Anne was petty and made Mary be a nursemaid to her own sister, but she also tried to bargain a friendship with her. Henry himself was infuriated with his own daughter for not obeying him. He even did this after Anne had been executed, which made Mary afraid for her life and agree to sign the papers that she was a bastard. So please don’t blame Anne for the behavior of this singular horrible man who had everyone’s lives at his disposal.

    Its funny when his parents had such a nice marriage even though they went through the whole war of the roses. Also he was never supposed to be king. His older brother died and he married his brother's fiance Kathrine of Aragon to get the throne.

      I watched the entire series and I got the opposite impression, that Henry’s problems were caused by the women that surrounded him, as well as a systemically craven aristocracy who couldn’t say no to him (lest they be boiled in oil). He didn’t need six wives, he needed one true friend.

      You're absolutely right. Henry VIII may have been a great man of history, but he was easily(one of the worst, if not)the worst royal husband and father in history. And you know you have a terrible king on your hands when even his contemporaries dislike him or fear him.

      But he has no living descendants. Edward died as an unmarried youth, Mary died childless and the most amazing Queen Elizabeth I was known as the Virginia queen, no issue. The line stopped there- I don't think his bastard son by Bessie Blouth lived long enough to have children either.

    I always said i thought my life was cursed and perhaps I know why now after learning that Charles Brandon is my 13th great grandfather. My first grandfather is also named Charles Brandon. I named my first born son Brandon. Break all those curses In the name of Jesus Christ. My grandfather served and loved the most horrid king in my opinion. They were best friends. I forgive them all. It is up to me now to make my life wonderful. I just finished this Episode and I cried for Anne. Labeling people witches was very common to expose of them. When in fact, they were strong, independent women. I surely would be beheaded by now if this were modern day practice. God bless everyone who reads this.

    So sad that there is contemporary evidence of a fight that might have looked a bit like this just before Anne was sent to the tower. I think that's what captivates me about her. I know most of these movies and TV shows are a lot of crap, but it helps me imagine the real woman who went through this and I don't care who you are, it's damned heartbreaking to think of.

      Anne never wanted Henry in the first place, he forced himself on her and she couldn't say no to the king (literally, it's treason to do so). Katherine of Aragon could do nothing about it.

      Но мой самый любимый персонаж, это великолепный, неподражаемый, Чарльз Брендон, первый герцог Саффолк, тоже читала много про него... И внешне, конечно, он выглядел не как Генри Кавилл... Но, думаю, что женская аудитория сериала, простит это авторам сериала...

She eventually accepted his advances and agreed but didn't want to in the beginning... And even if he never pursued Anne , he was planning on leaving Catherine from the beginning because all his male Bastards couldn't be his heir anyway.. in the end he was going to get his way and have a legitimate heir even if it wasn't Anne but another so no she didn't seduce him
