One of my bottles would not drain into the tank. I gently pressed (not squeezed) on the top of the bottle to push it down a bit and then the ink started flowing.
My Epson is working perfectly fine now used to have a cannon PIXMA Mg6360 and it draws so much ink cartridges plus the ink cartridges are expensive so I got an Epson and it is beautiful.
My black ink wont refill at all. It seems like its clogged and the ink stay on top of the feeding nozzle. I tried moving the bottle up and down to ensure the feeding but its not refilling at all. Any way i could fix?
@@wenbag71 ahhh i guess im not the only one... I ended up purchasing a brand new printer from HP. So far so good. I'm definitely staying away from Epson products from now on (all two printers were no good)
@@domoboy911agreed! Every time I keep hearing all these great things about Epson printers but every single time I took the risk and went with Epsom, it's been nothing but regret. Makes me wonder if it's all just marketing hype or where do all these super positive comments come from. Switched to HP and everything has been peaceful. The software is also slightly better and more efficient
I know this may sound crazy! But when I scan an image to print, all the image isn’t printed, the image prints to big for the paper and cuts off part of the picture, I know it’s my settings, I just don’t know how to fix them?
Got a floor demo model that had already been factory setup without ink, now I can’t find anyway to charge the heads in the maintenance tool options. WTF Epson, how can I do a factory reboot? The factory reset didn’t work.
Yeah but make sure you change your waste pad when it reaches its service life, it'll cost 9 dollars to reset the waste pad counter and you have to DIY to replace the waste pad. Pretty good savings tho if you print alot.
I am following the instruction specifically to the tee, and I cannot get the ink to flow into the tanks. What is wrong, what am i missing here? Has anyone with this issue, solved it?
Here I am 4 years later and no one seems to have gotten an answer yet, and Epson tells people to contact their support. How come it’s so hard to explain it in the comments? Perhaps this printer and refill system is just useless and I too will have to switch brand like someone else did after not getting any help. Not at all sustainable or cheap by any means

Turn the printer off, then press the Power and Help (the one with the question mark on it) buttons at the same time and wait for the screen to display a message asking you to do a Power Clean. Note that you should only do the next Power Clean after 12hr. There is a cleaning pad in the printer that needs to dry and has limited use. The power clean will use more ink than the usual clean but it will also prime the printer. If your cartridges on the print head are empty you can actually see the ink recharging on the black cartridge. @Epson should make this easier to find or add it to the maintenance menu... at least the ink recharge. I was ready to throw my printer in the garbage. I hope this helps other people. It got my printer back to normal... I only had a total count of 75 pages printed when the ink dried.
@@zulupeak Thank you Dan, I have been searching and searching for this information and just kept hitting brick walls, watched several videos and this has not been mentioned. I could not get it to prime after re-inking. I now have the power cleaning process going on, so hopefully all good after this. Many thanks.
My Epson ET-2750 is unable to connect to my wi-fy. This makes it useless. I followed the directions flawlessly. It cuts out and prints "invalid" every time I I reach the 9th diget. My router PW by Spectrum has 9 letters & 3 numbers. It disconnects every time after reaching 8 letters. That tells me that the printer has a flaw, not the router. There is no way to connect with Epson to rectify this. I'm sorry I purchased this company's printer.

The gurgling sound of the ink is what first told me the tank was starting to fill and then that it was full.

Did you figure this out? My bottles won't go down low enough to drain into the tanks.

Nope. I don't have this option, so is this BS?
