Hi,
I just bought this one and I have two questions:
- for two side scans, do we absolutely need to do it with "epson scan 2" software? Isn't it possible to assembly two sides by using the scan button on the printer?
- how can we setup the dpi of the scan while using scan-to-cloud?

Also, the ink is very fuzzy and pale on a lot of things I print, very low quality. Photos come out looking like hell. It's impossible to reach anyone at Epson to help me out with these problems. I have cleaned & maintained it. The duplex just arbitrarily stopped working.

If the paper setting is set to premium matte or photo paper, the printer will not print duplex.
