Also in the right corner it has the WiFi bar with an AP next to that. Not sure if that is the cause.

i love how im sent here to this video because printer/scanner wont scan to the computer wirelessly. i can print no problem (most of the time) but to scan it keeps only giving me the usb cable option, which let me point out this $299+ gst printer did not come with. so i have an expensive piece of junk that doesnt do what its supposed to, and getting support for it is impossibly hard that dying and coming back to life with immortality solution seems to be an easier task.

I have a 6 letter password on my printer, it is asking for an 8 letter password, this is my network connection and cannont be changed, it has been one thing after another and been trying to get it going for at least a month, please help

I have a 12 character wi-fi password and before I can complete typing it (what a chore!) the printer starts "setting up" before I am finished. Of course, the setup is unsuccessful. I've tried 3 rimes and am tired of doing all that for nothing. Any ideas? This printer has worked fine in the past. I have a new computer and and am trying to set up again.

Is it true this printer only connects to a 2.4ghz wifi connection? My provider doesn't offer that option anymore and I haven't been able to connect at all!

@@MsSony12345 Wait, I swear I answered this question last week. Not sure if it was deleted or not. So YES, I love the printer. I use a usb connection (usb from my cricut machine) to print. It's very light, compact and the ink seems to last a VERY long time.
This printer is not scanning for me, says it will only use a usb? Why? Where is the set up for scanning?

Mine has worked for a few months and has decided its password key is incorrect. It will be a wired in printer now.

Can't do crap with mine - one day it will print, next day it says Printer Error... Gawd Help EPSON...

this printer is not working after 31 DAY cant return and there is no full keypad everything is manual and often fails to connect. the report says mac address filter failed,, now what ...who knows.... another search.. but if your thinking of buying this wifi connection has been a real issue when you know you put in the right password ..
