Jim is the King of song writers. Grew up listening to his tremendously awesome tunes. This is one person in the music industry I wish I could meet before I leave this world. Thanks Jim for all the wonderful memories.
Jim is one of the most brilliant songwriters music has ever seen. In addition he is one of the nicest most down to earth gentleman I’ve ever seen interviewed. A musical hero of mine. I would love to meet him. So refreshing to see people of his stature that are still so grounded, friendly, and humble. God bless him.
I used to see Jim in the Walgreens in Indian Head Park when I lived there and he would always stop to talk to me. He really is a great down to earth guy! One time it was close to Easter and he wished me and my family a happy Easter, and he always carried around a notebook and bag in case he had an idea while he was out!
Jim has style & taste , I love studio & guitar collection tours , I really dig his Gibson Country & Western acoustic guitar...and the Rickenbacker 360 style bass in fireglow finish ...drooooollll...Thank You !
I had the pleasure of meeting Jim and his family and he showed me around. He told me a funny story about the Hammond B3 organ in the lower level. The organ is named Bertha
I love it when rock musicians take you on a tour of their personal studio and instrument collection and always have great stories to tell. Great video, thank you.
I grew up on his music in my teens I would turn up the stereo wide open to his music , I so love all his songs, wish I could meet him in person I would invite him into my home and enjoy hearing him talk and sing, my husband Jerry loves his music as well just a assume song writer and talented guy , keep showing us videos updates
I remember getting a phone call from Jimi Jamison after he and JP had gotten back together and sang. He was on cloud 9. He was so excited to be working with JP again. ❤ you look great and may be a dumb question but where is your book? Surely you have stories to tell. Not dirt cool moments to share with us. ❤
Cool is this Burr ridge? A place up in Michigan to but I think it's just a cottage? I know him Denny DeYoung and JY are pretty much in the same almost gated community. Still the best part for me or how Chicago guys remain. Jim son over in Brookfield

If you live in the Chicago area, chances are pretty good. You can meet him.
@@TheDickBiondiFilm yeah I don’t see that happening. I live in Alabama.

Glad you enjoyed it! We sure did.
Love this guy
Luckily have crossed paths with Jimbo many times over the decades. Very thankful for his friendship! #oldtyedyeguy NE Ohio #wixy1260online
Jim Peterik is the keeper of the chords. He has an uncanny ability to order them them into the most captivating patterns.

I love the story of how he and the Ides left the debauched Led Zep party and went to Dunkin Doughnuts for coffee ☕😊. Great guy.
He is a legend
Jim sei il numero 1 in assoluto ❤

The Hammond B-3 organ is the best and most iconic sounding Keyboard even today. Jon LORD of Deep Purple was a true master of the B-3
He actually played the C-3 not the B-3.
OH and look at that Bowling Ball finish Fender Strat !!
Great interview! Jim had a Les Paul with a metal plate on the back of the head as a repair. I wonder if he still has it.
I had that Hendrix on my Wall

Yes, a huge and successful talent, Jimbo remains a sweet, humble guy.
All that’s missing is a sweet woman. I hope he has one
And I thought Rick Nielsen had it bad. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
