    I don't agree with T-Mobile One, but this guy is still a LEGEND. He single handedly transformed the cell phone industry from the combobulated mess of before with contracts/ termination fees etc. to simple noncontract Jump/ Next etc plans. Without him, T-Mobile would be dead. I wish there were more CEOS like him. He's in Elon Musk's class.
    I wish he had a cable company too to tackle Comcrap's greedy ass.

    Saw him out at his Bellevue store , hes the real deal and lives this brand. Salespeople and marketers can learn a wealth from this guy, stand behind your products and tie them to real, relevant solutions to your buyers. Simple but brilliant approach. Eliminate the bs anywhere possible.

    • @adamtajyar

      He never actually lived this brand. It was all marketing. As soon as left as CEO he was dressing normally and not promoting it.

      @@kemcd I’m not denying that he was a great CEO. He was fantastic and great at promoting the brand. But that was all a persona he created. He said he would always live and breath T-Mobile forever. Notice how that changed when he left the company. It’s just a public branding image he created.

    I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on Tuesday.

  • @FLSOUTHERNGUY19
    @FLSOUTHERNGUY19 6 лет назад

    Down here in FL the biggest reason that Verizon became so wonderful was because they bought Alltel. I miss Alltel so much. They had great service and great on pricing. The purchase took place in 2009. Verizon originally allowed you to keep your rate and grandfathered you in, until your contract was up, and you got a new phone. Then they jacked things up. I really hope that with a T Mobile and Sprint Merger, it will be incredible service for a fraction of the cost we pay with Verizon, AT&T, etc. Come oh John, improve signal strength, and take no prisoners! Once you improve signal, I’ll switch. I’m tired of Verizon’s high prices.

    Guy "I constantly drop calls, can't load Facebook. My phone is not useable with T-Mobile service."

    5:12 he has an excellent point. Google sucks at customer relationships. Just think of the number of popular services they've axed in the past six years. And Google Fiber, the one everyone wants in their town, is being ratcheted down. Up until Pixel they also sucked at hardware rollout (although this time they cheated by having someone else do it). They had Moto and dumped it. They keep eating up other popular products and then stashing them into the primordial soup that is the anarchic Google project pool, often never to be seen again (WordLens, for one). They don't actually care about customer satisfaction, because they don't really have any customers. They'd sink in a service realm. They'd just write it off, but the point is, they aren't a scary competitor in any space that existed before they thought it up.

    I believe T-Mobile is one of the few companies who will do right with a Republican presidency. Instead of raising CEO and executive pay, they will be focusing on expanding and creating jobs. That is how it is supposed to be.

      Not lately. I used to work for them when they were called voicestream. I used to say that I'll never switch to them. Until John Legere revamped the company. I was on At&t and tired of all the high bills until one day T-Mobile made an offer I couldn't refuse. I haven't looked back since.

      well it's not worth the price of admission if the service is horrible. that's all I'm saying. I'm not spending a dime on them again til the service is right. well hell I don't spend money no way. WTF am I trying to explain to you all anyways. lol. they still need to up their service here. IMO.

    how about what you pay for you really get? unlimited doesn't mean limited does it? false advertisement and a lie is what T-Mobile is broadcasting to everyone

  • @Albanianguy9
    @Albanianguy9 7 лет назад

    Trump is actually pretty accurate in his tweet about T-Mobile they really do have terrible service. And maybe John should focus on that instead of offering us "" unlimited data which really isn't unlimited
