The Max Flow air filter system versus the stock Stihl air filter

This video is about the Max Flow air filter system versus the stock Sthil air filter system. I just recently bought a Stihl 500 i. Its a great saw ,but the stock air filter is terrible. It does not do a good job of keeping all the dust and particles out. Honestly I think its one of the worst air filter systems I have ever encountered. I highly recommend spending the extra money and getting a Max Flow air filter if you buy a 500 i. I don't know if the other Sthil models are as bad when it comes to air filters( all my other saws are Husqvarna). In the video I refer to the Max Flow as the ( Hole Shot). This is what they were always called back when I used to run Stihls all the time. They are officially called Max Flow now.
