@@Hatsune_mikuxX Oh yeah I forgot to mention, if you go there and you are not a cop, you will be brutalized, that's the reason Smokey does what he does, he shifts out from the cop dimension into our own by mistake and the people he meets are not cops like he would expect, so he does what comes naturally for people from the cop dimension, and brutalizes the non-cops, totally the canon lore
