I find it rather amusing that they are serving samosas and spring rolls at a buffet that costs nearly SGD 60 after prevailing discounts. The desserts section looks decent with its emphasis on quality and presentation over variety, but that is all, if I may humbly say so, that is going for the buffet. The management at Estate or the PR team working for them has to also stop fabricating fake reviews on their Google listing. Oscar's and Estate are both from the Hilton Group, but the former offers so much more value for the price paid with Movenpick gelatos, great salads, fresh oysters and quality fare in every section.
No seafood?
