Good questions! I do not have speakers, I honestly don’t feel like I need them especially since I’m in an apartment. The headphones don’t hurt or make my ears sweat since I mainly use these old Bose QC35s. I plug them in directly so I have the best audio I can have and it forces me to take them off when I need to get up and away from the desk 👍🏼

I did! but they’re made to be posted on a wall, the adhesive kept falling off due to the heat of the items on the desk. I’ll be putting another light strip, but dedicated for the desk soon! 😎
