I don't want to hear about how people just want to go different than Canon. I wanna point this out. It's almost a cliche or it is a cliche that Hinata doesn't hook up with Naruto I have listened and read on 5 different fan fiction sites Naruto stories and numbering around 500 different stories. I can count on 2 hands. The Times Naruto hooks up with Hinata and it actually not be a smut story. What the hell is people's problem with Hinata And Naruto, they'll hook him up with a harem that has most of the girls from the village, but not Hinata. They're hooking up with women twice his d*** age, but not Hinata. They're hooking up with gender benders left and right, but not Hinata. What is the problem with Hinata? Because she was in Canon, here's the issue. She wasn't in the main cannon, not hooked up with him. She was in the movies hooked up with him. She loved him in the main cannon. And it was one of the true love stories of Naruto so, yes, this is a bit of a rant because it's ridiculous at this point, the reasons why people will go around their elbow to get to their a**** not to hook him up with Hinata, they made her a psycho b****, that just wants to kill him in a lot of stories. Why if he hooks up with more than one girl and in a harem story, Hinata should be included at least a couple of times but no, and I'm serious, < 10 times have I read a decent story where they actually hook up So the cliche is Hinata Isn't good for him or Hinata doesn't hook up with him or he doesn't love Hinata, that's the cliche.
It's a damn shame the author abandoned this one. This was good. And this is the whole story.
Freakin rollercoaster of ups and downs for me personally. The author really put their maximum effort in this.
