Sasuke isn’t the only one in the world to live through the genocide of his clan. While he claims Naruto can never understand, what he fails to remember is that Naruto’s clan, the Uzumaki Clan, were also wiped out in times past by various other villages during the one of the Great Ninja Wars due to fear of their incredible powers and abilities. This left Kushina without a clan. Conversely, other Uzumaki, such as Nagato and his parents, as well as Karin and her parents, were forced to flee the village to survive. Each to a different village. Kushina to Konohagakure, Nagato to Amegakure and Karing to Kusagakure. It was during this time that Nagato would have his eyes replaced with Madara’s Rinnegan, and Kushina would be forced to become the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki out of tradition. Naruto was born without a history, and thanks to the views of the village, without a future save the one he would carve for himself. But I wonder sometimes what would have happened if the Uzumaki Clan had never been destroyed. Would life have been easier for Naruto? Would he have been happier? Would he feel like there was a place for him to belong? This is a line of thought I would like to follow, so if you will, please join me as I weave a new story and see what might change with the Uzumaki Clans survival.

Here’s an idea for a story. What if Danzo died during the Ninetails attack? Not only with this change everything involving the Uchiha but the book Itachi Shinden: Book of Dark Night who leaked the information that Naruto had the Ninetails inside him so yeah, that’s a big change right there

Big thing I noticed that was missed is that Itachi and Fugaku would be watching the Chunin Exams as Sasuke is there, so it's very possible Hiruzen doesn't die as a younger Itachi was vastly strongest than Orochimaru. And additionally even if Itachi didn't go after Orochimaru, he'd go after Sasuke, saving Sasuke and Sakura

No, it does kill. Conan said that mistakenly because Nagato was heavily low on chakra, but regardless it does kill user.

you kinda forgot about itachi and shisui, they are genjutsu masters and in the chunin exams they would make a huge difference in this story if they are there, they would solo orochimaru sealing him and would defeat garaa as well but this is still a good story

Kishimoto should resolve this issue. I'm really disturbed that not even once was mentioned of them interacting and Naruto scolding Karin some info about his mother's birth clan.
Even before karin and Naruto were born uzumaki clan was destroyed Kushina came to leaf village at 9 or 10 as her village was destroyed
One problem I see with this when Team seven teammate died in the Forest of death then Sasuke and Sakura should have been disqualified because all three of their teammates have to make it to the tower that was the rules and Kushina has the Nine-tailed sealed into her so she could have live with her son the only reason Nagato died is because he was low on chakra which Kushina was not
The samsara of heavenly life technique always kills the user when they utilize it so she'd die anyway, just not as quickly as Nagato did probably so she'd at least get to speak with her son one last time.

@@humairawasim4241 and let's not forget about chakra Kushina was still full and the nine-tailed chakra would keep her at a full tank of chakra and Nagato only die because he used up almost all of his chakra in his fight against Naruto so had to use his life-force plus he was still injured from summoning the 10 tailed body so he wasn't in the best of health anyways plus Nagato had bought people back from the dead before without dieing

9 tails, rinnegan, and Uzumaki is a dangerous combination
I just thought of a crazy what if that has two possibilities. What if Naruto had the shinigami. The first possibility which I think has the better ending is that when Minato is doing the reaper death seal on Kurama maybe Kushina realizes what’s happening and does adamantine chains and seals the shinigami into Narutobefore the consequence so Minato is still alive. The second one is that When Naruto is learning shadow clone jutsu from the scroll, he sees the reaper death seal and because he is dumb he tries it on a little squirrel or something and then the consequence comes and Naruto runs to the scroll while leaving shadow clones on the way as bait for the shinigami and learns adamantine chains from the scroll and uses it on the shinigami. Or he just randomly awakens it while testing reaper death seal.

man i found this just this morning, and i was thinking about it all day at work, i was not let down, this was such an interesting and refreshing retelling of the naruto story
Sasuke is right when he says “naruto can never understand” what you failed to realise amagi is that he meant he still had bonds with his clan before it got wiped out whilst naruto never had those bonds because his clan was already gone
But in the end he understood Sasuke he lost Jiraiya.

What if kishimoto used the men in black memory eraser on all of us, and got the chance to rewrite the entirety of naruto
I'd argue that nagato would still have the rennegan as he had an unusually high chakra reserve even for an Uzumaki while kushina wasn't stated to have that kind of feat required for the rennegan
Its only later when Sasuke went to the Uzimaki temple he realized in half a second Naruto did lose a lot but keeps it himself...I hated that moment
I honestly loved how you ended it, and the tragic details of who would end up dying due to the events. I do imagine the Uzimaki would possibly test if those were Kushinas eyes or sense a chakra difference but aside from that I would imagine she’d believe in the child of prophecy and give Naruto her eyes but he still ended up with them anyway so 😂

Didn't Nagato only die using the rinne rebirth because he was so low on chakra? If that's the case then how would Kushina die to it? She should have plenty of chakra left to use and not be borderline empty like Nagato was.
i dont think so as konan clearly stated that nagato will die if he uses rinne rebirth and chakra does;nt matter as you will die een if you use chakra

Once Zetsu reunited with Kaguya, Obito was indeed dying, and went out on his own terms

The Uzumaki were made so powerful that the fact they were destroyed is actually a plot hole. From what we've seen, the Shinobi that joined forces to destroy them could not have succeeded. The Uzumaki had their own power and, unlike everyone else, had spent basically the entirety of the clan wars and the world wars unmolested and building strength and that of their village which also included other clans (because it was a village, duh) and nation. At the absolute least, it would be pretty easy for them to hold the line until Konoha and Suna ninja arrived to assist them. Plus, considering the world map, the enemy forces would have taken heavy casualties against Konoha anyway just getting to Uzu no Kuni in the first place. To say nothing of how sealing techniques would make escaping extremely easy.
There were a few things that I wasn't sure about but overall this was a great video.

Also, isn't it a rule for the second stage of the Chunin exams that ALL 3 members have to be present with both scrolls in tact. That version of team 7 would have been disqualified regardless if they had the scrolls.

Everytime the amagi do the naruto what if 's scenario, there's always something in the way that makes everyone hit their toes but this one hits really hard to the point it almost broken.

I don't think Rennie rebirth would have killed Kushina Avenues amake she has way higher levels of chakra and with the Nine-Tails to amplify it don't think you would have died
How would Kumo be able to kidnap Kushina in this timeline? Since now that Kushina has the rinnegan she'd have much higher security around her to keep her safe and as she has the rinnegan she could just almighty push the kumo nin away
Yea and there is no way that they would be able to enter the hidden lead and kill all the anbu and Minato.

Great video! I do disagree with a few choices, though. Namely with the Chunin exams and Konoha Crush arcs. Since the nine tails never attacked, and therefore the Uchiha clan was never massacred, Orochimaru wouldn't be interested in the chunin exams, right? Since there are already so many Uchiha out there, Orochimaru would be able to get sharingan another way. Additionally, since Itachi is alive in this timeline, I don't think Orochimaru would be able to fully crush Konoha, as Itachi could use his susanoo. In a different alternate timeline video where Itachi lives ("What If Itachi Saved The Uchiha?"), this ended up being the case, and the Hokage was never killed as a result. Regardless, I don't think Itachi would let Sasuke die so easily to Gaara, and with there being a lot of Uchiha (including Fugaku, and presumably a lot of other skilled Sharingan users), it would be pretty easy to put Shukaku into a genjutsu and neutralize the threat. So I don't think team 7 would be completely wiped out, but that's just my opinion.
I did really like the idea of Kushina getting the rinnegan and becoming this timeline's version of Nagato, and having Naruto raised by the Uzumaki instead of by Konoha ended up having some really interesting ripple effects (Naruto never learning Rasengan, and never unlocking toad sage mode were just a few that came to mind).
The reason why orochimaru attacked and started konoha crush was most likely because the writers got bored of orochimaru having a sharingan already and not needing to do konoha crush

I agree that Orochimaru won't be interested in the Chunin exams, that said he would still attempt to assassinate the Hokage (and fail thanks to Itachi and other Uchiha on ground)
I disagree with Minato dying thanks to a bunch of faceless Shinobi. Even Tobi, who completely washed an entire division of elite ninja, lost soundly to Minato. And that wasn't even Minato fighting at 100%

Woah! Nice subversion of common Naruto knowledge, Keegan! Since Nagato didn't obtain the Rinnegan, thus didn't lose Yahiko, this means that he doesn't grow up to become a villain. So making Kushina experience a similar tragedy was a good way to set up the rest of the what if. Good job, very creative. 👍

If it’s before the uchiha massacre then Fugaku would just pacify him and if it was after danzo would most likely just pretend to have him killed and taken into root

The unknown familial and environmental origins of both Naruto and Yoda help keep an point of faith that a consumer can count on being the crutch capable of justifying the excellence we see without ever telling us that's the actual reason. We believe without evidence and the mystery only fuels our imagination.
Thank you for covering this clan! I hope the fan base and even the creators find this video and other that show how much more info we want on the OG Uzamaki. I would be super down for 30 to 40 filler episodes of Boruto's show that just popped us back in time to show us multiple generations of Uzamaki and maybe, a little tease of the Namikaze origins with their amzing chakra control. Wishful thinking lol.

My issue with this timeline is you’ve not involved the uchiha clan being alive to play effect into many crucial events, something you don’t usually forget to bring up in your other alternate timelines.
I wanted Naruto to have 6 path chakra and the Rinnegon for a while.
