For those of you that thought lightweight cars could take the Z around a track here is your proof eating miatas all day. You can be a man and have a man size car and still beat those silly looking little cars. Nice driving man way to rip it!
I'm running 13" rotors front and rear with stock calipers and hawk HT-10 pads. If it's your first time on a road course, don't be too nervous about your brakes. Make sure you have good pads, and new brake fluids, drive within your limit and you'll be fine. Stock carried me for a long time on the track and I know several other z32s that have done so as well.
it looks like your turbo is a little to big... you're just hitting good boosting near the top of your revs... unless you tuned it that way to maintain grip.
+Chris Laswell I actually just recently pulled my motor since I felt like I had turbo issues. It felt like it took too long to build boost. I found that one of my wastgates were stuck open
Do you have an email or Facebook? I have a picture of you chasing me down on one of the straights that I could send you and maybe you might have a few pictures of me. I was in the red #514 bmw m3.
Short summary: stock engine, all breather/exhaust mods/bolt ons(IC and piping, exhaust manifold etc), suspension pretty much coil overs and supporting mods.

Just go with a reputable organization local of you, you'll be able to have a lot fun and safe too.
Nice vid, are you running a stock break system? I can't wait to get my Z on the track but the breaks scare me lol

+Chris Laswell.... er I stand corrected you revved it higher on the straights, pulls good. Maybe try keeping revs up in the winding sections

I definitely remember you, I can send you footage I have you in if you like.
What mods do you have on your z?
It's a lot to list? Anything you're specifically looking for?
Justin Bernardo Do you have aftermarket suspension or chassis support? General engine modifications?

Cool thanks!
