Ingredients:
Cream cheese 200g
Sugar 100g
Whipping cream 100g
Earl Grey tea powder 8g
White chocolate 50g
Sour cream 180g
Greek yogurt 50g
Egg 2pcs
Lemon juice 9g
Corn starch 20g
Baking:180°C/356°F 25min
150°C/302°F 20min
Method:
1. First, bring the whipping cream and Earl Grey tea crumbs to a boil and turn off the heat, stir slightly to lower the temperature and then add the white chocolate and stir well
2. Mix cream cheese and sugar, add to step 1 and mix well.
3. Mix sour cream and yogurt well, add beaten eggs in stages, stir well, add lemon juice and stir well, then add corn starch and stir well.
4. Mix step 3 and step 2, sieve, pour into molds, line the molds with baking paper in advance and lightly shake out the air.
5. Prepare a deep baking dish, add about 2-3cm high hot water, put the cheesecake
6. Bake, first bake 180℃/356°F 25 minutes, then bake 150℃/302°F 20 minutes, cool or refrigerate for four hours, ready to serve.
