I am not a heavy bag person but I’m surprised you say this about the large tweed 19 I have it in black with the splash of purple/blue/pink and I’m in love I found it to be very light and one of my easiest to carry. It’s all in personal preference for sure everyone can have their own opinion on each bag I have small and large and find them to be the same

It’s super well made, soft leather, beautiful gold chain. A great every day bag for me. Not my favorite bag but is definitely used the most. I wish brands can list the weight of bags on their sites. I don’t like heavy bags either.

I also don’t like larger bags as I’m teeny and can’t cope with the weight 🤣 my first Chanel was a jumbo and I regretted it instantly and sold it soon after purchase and replaced it with a medium. The small 19 is perfect and doesn’t need to be any bigger ❤️ you are making me want an on the go!😍 xxx

I totally agree with the larger Deauville. I sold the larger one and purchased a smaller navy one and I’m much happier. The chanel 19 in the small size is the best size when you are running around and walking. Great video!

I would not get another ysl loulou in the small size. I agree it’s gorgeous and the perfect size to carry all you need but closing the flap is hard. You have to really pull it down and look to connect the magnets. It’s such a pain. As much as I love the look and the dark beige color of mine, And the durable leather, I have considered selling it. Hard decision cuz of the color. And totally agree with you on the neverfull. I’m not a large tote girl, but if I wanted to add a large LV tote it would be the OTG tote. I like it so much more. I have the OTG in the pm size and it’s stunning.
Yes I agree with the YSL closing, I found it really frustrating in my envelop bag and it was annoying to get it to properly close. Yes I think the OnTheGo is a much nicer bag

Have you considered getting the smaller deauville without the top handle? I have that one and I find it very light and roomy. It’s the perfect tote. I probably would not buy a celine micro luggage. That thing is sooo heavy it’s like you’re carrying a bag full of rocks haha

Agreed about the neverfull. Everyone has one, the exclusivity factor of it isn’t there anymore. It’s so overworn they have nearly crossed the line of tacky. The multipouchette im not a fan of either. They would be a good option for travelling, they’re definitely versatile, just not for me.
I totally agree about the Neverfull! I bought it when it first came out in 2007 and the straps dug into my shoulder and was so uncomfortable so I returned it and never looked back. Until recently that is. LOL. I purchased the Emprient Neverfull and I have to say it is nice. I do like that it isn’t a dime a dozen and is a little under the radar. The pouch is nice for quick errands or a low key clutch. My bag that I wouldn’t buy again is the LV Propriano which is basically a spinoff of a Neverfull. 🤦🏼♀️ Great video!
Yes, I also sold my LV MPA, because it was not functional, just a nice accessoire. And I also didn‘t use my Neverfull very often. I‘ve got the leather version and now I use it as a gym bag.
I just sold my Givenchy Mini Antigona after only having it about 5 months. It didn’t work for me. It was too bulky, especially when worn crossbody. I kept hitting it on things and ended up scratching it pretty deeply. I also wished the handles were a tad bit longer and the zipper opening was also annoying. It was also heavier than I expected. Such a beautiful bag that it broke my heart to get rid of it.
I used to love the deuville tote but decided that it’s not practical for me. I’ve always been very calculated in deciding which bag to purchase for my lifestyle. Probably because I always pay cash for them and want to get the value for my money. I feel lucky 🍀

Can you please share where you purchased the insert for the neverful? I have recently been picking up Chanel O-Cases to go in my totes and love them. They zip and you can grab one and carry as a bag if you need to run out of the house quickly. The colored cases look fun in a black tote.
I agree about Chanel 19 large as I hold it for 5 hours in the mall but really heavy it’s not for like shopping So I used for every day going to my work as I don’t hold it the hole date actually I am not regret this as I like classic Chanel but 19 it’s had 2 pros one is the top handle and the other is the external pocket which is so useful to carry the phone pro 12 and keys and I think this 2 pros the classic one do not haven’t and at the end you should have one classic Chanel you can not just ignore the beauty of these bags😍
Yes agree it does have some great points. I would use it more for everyday / work but I get a little nervous using Chanel since they’re quite expensive. I’d rather use a cheaper ‘work horse’ bag. I feel like the tweed might wear more than leather too so don’t want to over use it
I will never ever ever have another trendy cc. I’ve had five of them and sold them all (at a loss each time). They look stunning and beautiful but they are high maintenance. They only come in delicate materials and the base has no structure so the edges can dog ear really easily. I kept having to store them on their sides and it just annoyed me. Never again.

Same! MM neverfull was my first designer bag when I was a uni student, I just stuffed my laptop, books, anything and everything in. It’s never full and never breaks! Perfect for my purposes 😅

Couldn’t agree no more. The cappucci is too heavy. I like the leather multi Pochette but will carry one of the them. The Neverful has never left my car. I just packed it with everything I need for the day. Then I will carry a mini bag when I go dining or shopping

If the bag by itself is already heavy, it doesn't matter how pretty the bag is I will not wear it because I know the weight of the bag + the things I am going to carry will make my back hurt at the end of the day. Nobody got time for that. 😋. I have never been attracted to the never full, and you are right, they come on the most beautiful prints but I do not care for she shape of it and worst of all no zipper to secure the items inside. This bag is a big no no for me. The multi pochette is too busy for me, and I feel is too small. I love medium size bags that I can comfortably carry my stuff.

It's funny because sometimes it is the size, color, and or material that is the issue. I sold my LV OTG in Epi, but have two in Empreinte that I absolutely love.

I had all three canvases and sold them all - they're for younger girls, in my opinion, and they're also over-saturated in my area - not a fan of that. I think the neverful is gourg. I have one in the monog. I just never wear it... Could be the straps could be that it's so open... Even for traveling if you put it lying down in the airplane everything will spill... Urgh but it was my first self bought luxury bag so I cannot sell it.
I think the Chanel 19 in the large and the smaller one (the medium) are such different bags. Yes the large one is heavier and I agree is big to carry around all day if out shopping. I have the large and medium in the same 21a light grey color and although I don’t use my large as much I just can’t get rid of it as I love the look of it so much. But I got the darker charcoal grey one in the smaller (medium) size. Totally agree on the MPA and the deauville though. The deauville is so beautiful but too hard to fill up and carry an already heavy bag.
Yes you’re right they’re different bags. I do love the large and the look, but now I know I don’t want to carry it out and about I’m not sure when it’ll get much use!
Gooood, how I love such videos!!! So honest opinion, not just wow it is a perfect bag. We all must know pros and cons. In my latest videos LV collection you can see Favourite bag, I love it but sold it - I honestly can say: the chain is annoying a bit, and flap without safe closure makes this bag “walk near your home”. Can not use it why shopping or while I am in public transfer.
I thought the multi pochette was the bees knees when it first came out but I told myself, if and when I can travel back to Europe and if I find one…. It was meant to be. Now I don’t like it, I think I was caught up in the hype and had to have it but now I have seen other bags I prefer.

I had LV pochette accessoires in white multicolor. Loved the print but not the bag, it's just very blah blahhh for me. 😄 I happen to have that Neverfull bag in the same Roses print and ohhh that's one of my favorites! It's great for my lifestyle because I need to often carry laptop and loads of other stuff with me. But on the other hand... I do think that Neverfull is quite a boring basic bag. I would never want it in a plain monogram print.
I understand your point and i think is more because of the brand itself “Chanel “ now it’s getting so expensive that it’s a hype to have . And I have my Chanel deauville in dark blue and I love it but I don’t think is that heavy. I love how the gold contrast it With the color. It might be just the color. Thanks for sharing! I do love the deauville, I do find it heavy though. Maybe it could be due to the fabric. I think most bags that size though are heavy I guess. The only one that's similar that I think it much more light-weight is the Chloe woody tote bag, much cheaper but not Chanel quality or status I guess.
I HATE the Neverfull. I find it is so, so uncomfortable. The straps are so thin and short. I so wish I never bought it, am saving it in case my daughter wants it as a bougie school bag but if not it’s gone!
The small version of the Chanel 19 is the better catch i think as it stays better in it's original form. Saw the maxi version of it once and was shocked how it was out of shape. Don't know if the large one looses it's shape aswell so quickly though.
Hey Aranea. Yes the maxi 19 seems far too large! I don’t like the proportions and as you say, it looses shape. The large hasn’t lost its shape but mine has a good sturdy liner to help it

I think the Chanel 19 in the large and the smaller one (the medium) are such different bags. Yes the large one is heavier and I agree is big to carry around all day if out shopping. I have the large and medium in the same 21a light grey color and although I don’t use my large as much I just can’t get rid of it as I love the look of it so much. But I got the darker charcoal grey one in the smaller (medium) size. Totally agree on the MPA and the deauville though. The deauville is so beautiful but too hard to fill up and carry an already heavy bag.
Yes you’re right they’re different bags. I do love the large and the look, but now I know I don’t want to carry it out and about I’m not sure when it’ll get much use!

Gooood, how I love such videos!!! So honest opinion, not just wow it is a perfect bag. We all must know pros and cons. In my latest videos LV collection you can see Favourite bag, I love it but sold it - I honestly can say: the chain is annoying a bit, and flap without safe closure makes this bag “walk near your home”. Can not use it why shopping or while I am in public transfer.
Do you find the on the go just as heavy as the Deauville!

I thought the multi pochette was the bees knees when it first came out but I told myself, if and when I can travel back to Europe and if I find one…. It was meant to be. Now I don’t like it, I think I was caught up in the hype and had to have it but now I have seen other bags I prefer.
I love my neverfull! But in Gm! Size Its perfect for a go to mom bag! I love it! ❤️

The Chanel 19 black is that Medium and the Carmel a small? There are 3 sizes of the 19. Your,er confusing me about the sizes.

I love the Chanel Large 19. It is fabulous. But, I do see how that could hurt shoulders. I have that problem sometimes. Lol.

I had LV pochette accessoires in white multicolor. Loved the print but not the bag, it's just very blah blahhh for me. 😄
I happen to have that Neverfull bag in the same Roses print and ohhh that's one of my favorites! It's great for my lifestyle because I need to often carry laptop and loads of other stuff with me. But on the other hand... I do think that Neverfull is quite a boring basic bag. I would never want it in a plain monogram print.

I understand your point and i think is more because of the brand itself “Chanel “ now it’s getting so expensive that it’s a hype to have . And I have my Chanel deauville in dark blue and I love it but I don’t think is that heavy. I love how the gold contrast it With the color. It might be just the color.
And yah the Chanel 19 I think the small it’s a great size , I almost get the big size but I knew it was too big ♥️
Thanks for sharing! I do love the deauville, I do find it heavy though. Maybe it could be due to the fabric. I think most bags that size though are heavy I guess. The only one that's similar that I think it much more light-weight is the Chloe woody tote bag, much cheaper but not Chanel quality or status I guess.
I’m feel ya in heavy bags. I have a jumbo flap in black caviar with good hardware and it’s heavy … I’ll never buy one again.

I HATE the Neverfull. I find it is so, so uncomfortable. The straps are so thin and short. I so wish I never bought it, am saving it in case my daughter wants it as a bougie school bag but if not it’s gone!
The small version of the Chanel 19 is the better catch i think as it stays better in it's original form. Saw the maxi version of it once and was shocked how it was out of shape. Don't know if the large one looses it's shape aswell so quickly though.
Hey Aranea. Yes the maxi 19 seems far too large! I don’t like the proportions and as you say, it looses shape. The large hasn’t lost its shape but mine has a good sturdy liner to help it

I owned the roses neverfull for quite a while and didn’t sell it for the same reasons. Eventually did. Bought my original neverfull back in 07. Sold it. Repurchased and now have the trifecta. They all sit on the shelf but for some reason I won’t sell them 😩😩

When I wear my empriente multi-Pochette, I usually only carry one bag with one strap. Never the two bags and two straps. Too much going on.

It’s so funny how differently people perceives things! The Chanel Deauville is NOT HEAVY AT ALL to me 😂 it’s all canvas! What could possibly make it heavy? Hmm maybe the chain straps add weight? This bag is my all time favorite tote so anyone reading this don’t be discouraged from buying it. We’re all different maybe it will feel light to you 😅 so funny I complain about heavy bags all the time too (chanel classic jumbo for me legit pains my shoulder 💔)
