trivia about flake.. when he auditioned for the band they asked him if he wanted to be in the band, to this day he still hasnt answered them yet.
According to an interview they asked him to be part of the band since they thought the band is gonna be shit and they wanted at least one part that isn't "monotonous and boring" (that's a literal translation of a quote)
Flake showing up and sticking with them for 25 years is his answer. 😎
Rammstein is one of the best industrial metal bands around. their stage show is just mind-blowing

The reason they use so much fire is because when they did their first live shows the vocalist was very nervous and fire calmed him down.

They have so much fire and heat in their shows, crews have to wait sometimes hours to let the metal cool down. It's crazy.

Benzene is one of the most potent accelerant for a fire, it's temperature can melt metal. The knee hitting that Till does, he indicated in an interview that he was a swimmer and injured his knees, afterwards they kept popping out so he used to hit them with his fists to put them into place so he decided to use that as part of his performances

I'm learning through an ap that has you conversational within just a couple of weeks. German isn't as difficult as people say' some of the grammar is frustrating as an English speaker, but it's been pretty easy so far.
I can agree. I'm learning german since 2 months ago and i also know english, spanish, romanian and hungarian ( my mother tongue). It's not that difficult, there are some part in the grammar that are a little bit challenging but it's really not difficult.

I went there. Most memorable time. That concert. It was crazy. Rammstein aren’t the only one that bring craziness. Germans can seriously play a crazy concert.

Benzin (ben-zeen) is the German word for gasoline/petrol. 'Flucka' is the right way to say 'Flake' - so you said it the correct way during the video, but not at the start. Also, the guy he set on fire was a stuntman. Till is a licensed pyrotechnician, so that is why he is able to do such things in their stage show- he got qualified for that purpose.
There is an official music video for this song you might like to watch yourself - it would probably get blocked by their record label (like most of their official music videos) if you watched it for a reaction.

the right way to pronounce their name is. the "stein" is not sssteen, it is say "shit" without the i and then "I" like in I am and then the "n", ok the n you did perfect before ;)

If you want to learn German than do what I did to get the basic knowledge of it. Consistently watch their videos with and without subtitles. Same song over and over back and forth for a day. Eventually that song becomes second nature in the words and their meaning. Next day different song. After about a year I can talk to my Ex faience fluently. She lives in Nuremburg
