  • In this #asmr video, we will be tapping on multiple different books. This trigger is one that I love, with the tapping and gripping of the books. This video features some of my favorite books, such as, "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", but it also includes notebooks and dictionaries. The point is, I hope you get a good night's sleep listening to these sounds, and I'll see you in the next video.
UPDATE ON SUBSCRIBER SHOUTOUTS You can comment the name that you would like me to introduce you as down below in the comment section, or you can comment it below the community post. Either is fine, and I will be introducing you by your given name. I will include your username, however, I will NOT be trying to pronounce them. Thanks!
What is ASMR? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is a tingly sensation that you feel when you hear a satisfying noise. The sensation is received by the temporal lobe of your brain, which connects to your ears. The temporal lobe is also attached to your spine, which means that you may feel a sensation down your back as well.
Therefore, ASMR may help you get a good night's sleep and help you relax, but it CANNOT replace any medical or psychiatric practice.
If you have any other questions or just want to chat, feel free to email me at lazyasmrr@gmail.com, and I will be happy to talk!
