The Earth is not flat because of extensive scientific evidence from various disciplines, including astronomy, physics, and geology, which demonstrate its spherical shape. For instance, the phenomenon of ships disappearing hull-first over the horizon, the way the Earth casts a round shadow on the moon during a lunar eclipse, and the differences in gravitational measurements at different points on the Earth's surface, all provide conclusive proof of its roundness. These observations are consistent with centuries of scientific exploration and experimentation, affirming the Earth's curvature beyond any doubt.

The alleged "gravity" is a dual hypothesis (not a theory) of firstly "mass attracting mass", and when that fails testing then "gravity" is called the "bending of space-time" that has no evidence of existing.
Most claiming "gravity" do not know this and also can't decide if "gravity" is a force or effect.

Air pressure/density decreases with elevation.
If the density is decreasing then it's buoyant effect is decreasing.
At 3,000 metres the density is about 80% of the density at sea level.
This means that objects would weigh 20% less than at sea level.
This could be demonstrated with cheap bathroom scale.
As this is not true, gravity is the real answer.
