- Only have a few hours to visit Shenandoah National Park?
Shenandoah National Park is about an hour and a half from Washington DC. Its a perfect little getaway from the city. Taking the Skyline Drive is a beautiful drive through the Blue ridge Mountains. If yo have a few hours, you must make a little pitstop to the Dark Hollow Falls, its a short easy hike to a beautiful waterfall!
