Just wanted to follow up to thank Nate for this quick guide. Along with Robo’s guide I was able to successfully leg swap my Baylan and Shin figures with throwaway Reva/Gideon parts. Found both Reva and Gideon at Ollies for $5.99 so it was a perfect fix. Appreciate the quick tutorial. Baylan and Shin now look great…well, that was until I saw the Hot Toys reveals….stunning! 🔥

I spent a month Turing my off Gideon figure into Anton castio from far cry 6
I saw a fix where they cut part of Shin's thighs and added them to Baylan's, using sculpting putty to cover the difference in width. Riskier and more difficult, but also cheaper and with a better-looking result (even though the skirts cover it)
I saw that as well. This method is just much simpler IMO. Thanks for watching! -Nate
Were you able to use baylons old legs on reeva or did you just end up tossing her in the bin?
The Reva figure is just extra fodder. We don’t put Baylan’s legs onto Reva. -Justin
Do not buy Disney era Star Wars characters, and you won't have these problems.

I’m glad that this fix has been figured out, but I’m still hesitant on buying Baylan and I’m just not buying Shin. I had her in-hand at a local Walmart (something of a surprise by me) and no amount of height change can save that face and wiggy hair

This a great solution... but honesty pay attention Hasbro!!! I hate how they neglect quality in tge Star Wars Black line. While over dueing the GI Joe & Marvel Legends lines.... theres a clear double standard in the offerings!! This should have been fixed upon release. The inital "Black Kristanthan" release is proof, if you reject it. They will improve!

I’ve been using a space heater to heat up figures recently. I used to do the water thing.
I like using a hair dryer as well.

It’s way better to consume or drink fluids heated in a stove than a microwave but when not as in this case it is MUCH more convenient and quicker to just microwave for 90 secs
