I used to own 2016 classic. Took test ride of highness in 2021 November and immediately bought it the next day. Initially I thought I made a wise decision by changing my motorcycle. Those frequent visits to so called bullet mechanic are no more just once in a while visit to Bigwing service centre for service is all it needed. Although the service cost of honda is expensive, In comparison with the frequent payments made to RE mechanic the service cost is still less. But what I really missed is that sedentary driving and relaxed seating comfort. The tall gearing issue of honda really bothered me. I don't feel like taking the bike for a short spin keeping it in parking for several days. With RE this was not the case. I used to take it out for no reason. But always I used to tell myself that I made a right decision because I am at peace with the honda. The engine is really extraordinary one. But eventually after 10kms on Odo during a long ride the handle started to wobble at a particular speed. Sometimes this wobbling is very threatening particularly during cornering. After multiple visits to service centre still the issue persists. Honda has done nothing for customers like me who are having this issue. I have seen multiple riders with the same issue.
Now I am thinking to sell this bike and get a new standard with J series engine.
I think this cb350 outperforms bullet in every element. However, bullet outshines every other bike in this segement with that motorcycling feeling it gives.
If this is your 1st bike - blindly go with honda. But ensure that the wobbling issue is resolved.
If you are shifting from RE to Honda - dont buy this.

Yaar merko toh zyada knowledge nhi hai bikes ka, maine papa ka hi scooter chalaya h aaj tk. But i was thinking about buying a RE classic 350. But then this vid pops up and when compared to RE. CB350 looked better feature wise and that RE requires frequent mechanic visits, what should i buy dil bolta h RE, but mind says otherwise. Plz do reply if u guys have time

@@yogeshthakur9159get classic 350 you gonna fell in love with the engine (before buying barrel aka classic reborn i took test ride of honda highness 350 which apparently is a cb 350 but the moment i get off the bike i felt it just a normal bike not the bike recalls me but with re it is totally opposite whenever i park i always look it back with a smile and always have a tendency to ride it more 2ndly j series is refined till 85. Above that there will be slightly buzz which is manageable for me

@RaviSinhaa coz they didn't put any effort into the bikes design, it's like the guy u hated copied your answers even though u didn't wanted him to do and then he says to your face that he didn't even studied for exam and git same marks as you. And it's not that I'm a RE fan infact I really loved the old design, but instead of putting effort, they just copied.

Superior? Honda never had any history of long stroke singles. They just copied RE and tried some chunks of their market. RE is not and never will be challenged by any company except RE itself. They are now manufacturing more reliable and better finished engine than any other brands around the globe.
This bike is much superior than classic 350 and jawa bikes

You can't compare it with Jawa bikes though they might have the same retro looking style but there is a huge difference in performance.

The bike key is not WAVE type and I don't like it. 2ndly, the bluetooth-navitation feature in this bike(the pro model) is a complete trash, you will know it if you check it.

It's not this always. Honda has very limited bigwing service centers throughout India and that's a big minus and in rural areas there's literally none. Go to any rural places and you will still find a RE service center somewhere + non RE enfield service centers are everywhere. A lot of people buy RE based on this significant factor despite of knowing the bikes well.

@@SamikshaAnubhav It's been only a few days and I have been riding only in the city. Right now I'm getting 32 kmpl. After the first service it'll increase for sure. On the highway it is expected to give around 40.

Definitely it's about emotion with RE but practically RE has large network of after sales service which Honda need to develop for its Big Wing Models. CB350 will for sure gonna hit hard RE Classic sales but RE is the King of the Jungle.
Sold my Classic in this October, Finally I'll buy this one in February

One of the main issue with the Honda CB350 bikes is that its sold only via Big Wing dealerships. For example, there are 2 RE showrooms in my city. But the closest Honda Big wing showroom is 450kms away. So guess which bike would people prefer here.

Jab Tak Honda wale Bigwings ko chhod normal nahi aynge.. RE jyda bikegi.. No one is going to buy other than enthusiasts
Mere area meh 50km door heh Honda big wing and normal service centre waale ise haath b ni lagate so kuch b problem hogi then u are gone. Qnd iski sale b kuch achi nahi so company kab ise discontinue kar de pata nahi then parts milna muskil, mere saath ho chuka heh maine honda aviator li and 3 saal baad discontinue kar di ab muje original parts nahi milte. So always buy jiski sale achi ho and service centre ho otherwise these heavy machines become your liability.

I was sports enthusiasts and ktm duke 390 lene gaya tha and just for time paas royal Enfield k showroom me b chala gaya bagal meh hi tha waha meteor 350 ko dekhte hi love at first sight ho gaya fjr test ride li and I love it.
Then book ki and now it's been 10 months i am more than happy with my bike.
Har 5, 10 km me royal Enfield k showroom mil jaega or showroom b nahi hoga to local mechanic b royal Enfield ki problem solve kar dete heh agar kahi kuch ho gaya. So your life is sorted u don't have to worry Ike u worry in case of honda cb350

Great video! I had this bike only for 3 months before I had to move abroad. This is the best and most practical "premium" motorcycle for the Indian market. I loved the tall gearing which was an initial learning curve which you'd get used to after a couple of drives. Very comfy for the pillion as well. The traction control in this is the real deal; Ive driven mostly in poor road conditions and the bike handled it like a hot knife through butter. 80 kmph in the 4 th gear and 100 kmph in the 5th was pure bliss.
I am a proud owner of the Hiness 350. And I can say its far better than RE vibratooooorrrrr anyday.
But the new J series Enfield is just so great feeling....for the slow and calm ride

Suddenly engine completely seized in middle of nowhere in freezing temperatures. 2 Hours tried to start it even change the spark plugs, tried to jump start it doesn't work. Finally got help from some local people. Then safely got back . Sold the classic in November after getting wonderful treatment from RE service centre. Now gonna buy this New CB350 or the Vstorm 250

Why they all are biased & obsessed with RE(no offense, they are iconic) but even Highness has its own class & many more positives than the competition which no one talks about.

It's not a popular bike because
1) it comes under Honda bingwing so the service network is lacking.
2) more expensive than bullet
3) less publicity
I have personally driven this bike and I like it way more than RE due to it being more reliable and technology advanced; but then again, on a wider perspective, people will tend to buy the better value for money (emphasis on money)

Jo RE ne nehi bana paya woh Honda ne bana diye with its 1980s ki CB450X design philosophy leke. Kya baat.. Honda needs a big round of applause for the work they did with the CB300R cafe racer and the CB350 series!

Took a test ride and immediately booked this bike. I heard a RUclipsr reviewing this bike where he said "There are no vibrations in this bike, it seems like the bike is without a soul, which is a good thing 😂"
Things I noticed while test driving:
1. Suspension is better
2. No vibrations in the side mirrors even above 80
3. Seating is superior for me and the pillian
4. I already own a Honda Amaze car and Honda Activa so I know what Honda is capable of in terms of engine and reliability so no reason to not buy this bike.
Have you purchased it what mileage are you getting in reality not what company claims.

I have purchased Honda CB 350 Mat Dune DLX Pro after taking multiple TD of RE & Honda back to back in different situations and from a previous owner of Classic 350 few years ago, I can tell you RE has done an amazing job with new ones but they lack behind against the level Honda provides, they’re simply way ahead of them.
Before making this decision I spoke to a number of RE owners at the service center and I received mixed inputs.
We are spending a lot of money on these machines, we need to be more aware.
The most important feedback, the clutch of RE will still get hard no matter what and in the everyday life, it will be a headache.
On the other hand, Honda has provided Nissin calipers dual channel ABS with HSTC and if that was not enough, we also get slip & assist clutch.
Now, that’s VFM and some useful functions that we can use everyday :)
Fact is, Honda CB350 is actually way more technically superior than the RE.
In terms of looks, dimensions of this Honda is even larger than Meteor, Classic & even the New Bullet so the road presence is spectacular!
Honda CB has its own superior legacy in comparison to RE

This was my first choice over RE classic 350, and there isn't anything except the RE badging that Cb350 lacks. I had a test drvie, perfect bike in this segment, far mor better than Classic 350.
If you have a budget of 2.3 lacs, and looking for a touring segment bike, have a test-drive and you will be satisfied with it's performance.
Yes, I didn't buy it as I bought Interceptor 650. But if given a choice in this price, I would definitely buy the Honda CB350. Perfect 350cc machine!

Personal view, I have always found honda products to be more reliable than other brands, they usually come late to the game but, they come prepared in a way that their reputation is maintained. I have personally driven both, and it is tru, Honda cb 350 is much more premium and better than a RE. Plus most people I know ( who have owned a RE) have complained of the engine, lots of parts failing, frequent visits to mechanic ( could be that people I know don's know how to handle it, but it makes more sense as a consumer to buy a "made for all" product, than one which is "made for experts"), which Honda users have not faced, and I personally as a Honda user have not faced.... So I would go for this over a RE or a JAWA.
Honda is giving 10 yrs warranty on cb 350 .It has no comparison with R. E

When u will go to the service center to claim warranty....then will make 1000 excuses not to give u warranty..thats the reality...personally experienced.

In the pursuit of making CB 350 a success Honda copied RE350 in ditto. I have test rode Honda CB350 and RE Classic reborn. The latter exceeds Honda on two count - Refined engine and handling (it is very easy to handle RE despite having heavy chassis) & Servicability (I dont have to look for BigWing showrooms). Lastly, I met with an accident within 06 months of purchase. The repair cost was largely minimal. No company would provide you an entire exhaust setup for 13k.
Refinement of honda is unparalleled
Honda had its own Dream CB450 bike. CB350 is successor of that, not a copy of RE350. As much as I like my classic 350, I won't say Honda copied anything.

Since it is 6 -7 kgs heavier than Highness, does it have a little less mileage? You can do a mileage comparison review between the both.
If you think street style cruisers are Bullet then you'll think all red sport bikes are Ducati.

Need a advise I in a dilemma to purchase cb350 or Highness… to give background I just learned to ride bike around a month before till now I have driven around 150 km in RE as well NS pulser ( borrowed from my friend )…However recently I took test ride of cb350 it was good but felt a bit heavy while pulling the bike backwards, lack of loud exhaust (just lacked RE feel) and it lacked initial acceleration (maybe as I used NS recently) …I assume highness is lighter than cb350 hopefully it might offer better acceleration…but while going through other videos I got to know that cb350 has better build up quality, refinement and better mud and chain guard…..So I’m in a confusion between the two…would be great if you suggest a better bike…between this shall be my 1st bike so a bit nervous as well excited

Retro bikes don't need modern cosmetics. The reason certain people want classics, is because they don't care about very modern features ( apart from functionalities). Good looking bike indeed. More appealing than RE. Big Wing now needs to make the next step and increase the availability!
