Your riding skills are amazing! You are handling the bike like a toy. And yes, I owned a Classic 350 J-series, then moved to Honda CB350. I agree with all the comments that you made. Great review. I only wish the CB350 has a bit more oomph in the 5th gear.
I pray that India gets Japan's recently showcased - "Puko Blue" color! It is simply stunning, and I'm withholding buying this bike until the 2025 colors are announced (if any). Thank you for the great review. I ride a Rebel 500 in Canada, but I'm moving back to India, and this honestly looks more premium than my Rebel as it's full metal. My Rebel has always been super smooth & reliable. Honda is truly refined engineering! Also looking forward to seeing the CB350 Cruiser announcement!
Niladri from my side 👍 for CB350 and I still remember your RE Classic 350 ride on 210kmph years ago (Siliguri to the launching Resort Camp). But now I divorced RE and least interested in them. Due to all the points you have said here. And as usual this looks good on you due to your riding style and skills. 😀😍❤️👍🇮🇳👌

I own this bike and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. The disadvantage that u mentioned about long gear lever is misunderstood. It helps me to change gears both in the way we change on a sports bike and as we do on a retro by simply shifting the foot a bit backwards. I usually change to second gear the retro style and rest, the sports style as we have a bit of disbalance while moving from 1 to 2 in traffic.
Bhai is there any woobling issue associated with you during ride? Lots of people have said this issue openly on their youtube channel.. Could this be the right decision of planning to buy a honda hness cb350? Does it stick with its promising statement having mileage around 40s? How is its maintenance cost, is it too expensive?
@@animesh3357 I don't. I can lean this bike more confidently than my last bike, Yamaha Fz. However, I don't recommend and after a while you won't feel like to lean this bike crazy like a sports bike. I really enjoyed the review brother but honestly the foot size has noghing to do with the shifting. You are supposed to move your feet back and forth to shift. Its supposed to be ridden in a relaxed manner and not sportingly. You feel confident to ride it like a sports bike ghat is your skill and the level the bike is at. The road what you are riding is kind of perfect for Honda bikes cb highness or RS or cb350. And top speed is at 130 km.. and with struggle 140 kms. But i wouldnt recommend topping it. Rather rde it at 110 km/hr which is still a sweet spot for the bike
Good review Niladri, but I think you're not using the gear lever right. I ride a Honda Highness (which I personally find even better than the CB 350) which has the same gear lever. I wear a size 8 shoe and I always use the heel shifter while going up the gears. The way I use it is move my foot back when I'm going up the gears and then, once I reach the desired speed where I want to settle, I bring my foot forward to cover the front part of the lever, so that I can downshift quickly when needed. It is not the best implementation of the heel-toe shifter, but it works well once you get used to it.
Very nice bike it is way better than clasic 350...and as you said somehow uder rated ,people should go for this...,its a Japenese Tech ...they launched it against bullet 350 cc series and so designed ..waiting for this review
5th gear is kind of an overdrive gear. It's just for cruising. Yes, the bike's handling is really good and i think if you adjust the rear suspension, the bike will become more comofortable and won't affect the handling. H'ness and the CB350 can handle corners really well considering these bike are more retro like. H'ness' exhaust note is better than the CB350 but i guess its your personal choice😁 Honda did a really good job with their 350's🤝🏽
Niladri da would love to watch and listen to your thoughts on Honda hness 350 , please it's a request, also cause there not even 1 proper review on yt . Much love ❤️
Can you compare both Honda CB 350 & Honda hiness 350 in one video it would be great which is better among these 2 bikes. I am eagerly waiting for this. So it would be clear to decide which is the better one to get.
To improve low-end torque, they should have changed the front sprocket from 14 teeth to 13 teeth. For some riders may initially find the need to change gears frequently in city traffic irritating, most will adapt to this over time. Riders transitioning from a Royal Enfield to a CB350 might find this aspect annoying, but they are often pleasantly surprised by the smoothness of the Honda engine.
Bro, whenever you take off your hands off the handlebar to gesture during turns I feel a slight tinge of unease, of danger 😅 As to the RE comparison, the only thing that RE has over the Honda (on their similar bikes) in India is legacy and pan India presence. RE is unbeatable in that regard hence the love for RE over any other brand.

I rode its older brother the 1st gen highness its a great bike really value for money but only two things pillon comfort was literally horrible but they have overcame it buy launching this one i hope and the problem lies in its after sale service which is questionable and expensive at the same time *Its my opnion from my exprience* Still i will think to keep it It can touch 120 smoothly in fourth gear after that you need to push it
@@rakeshcj3773see i would if their comfortable to handle its own weight otherwise what ever i said its from my own exprience so i would say to judge it based on their test ride exprience if and only they are confident then to go for it apart from all this its really a great engine to have your side
@@rakeshcj3773i own a highness 350 and trust me bro every pillion who has sat behind me has praised the bike for its comfort even for long rides. There's an ample space between rider and pillion. So no chipka chipki hence comfort. 😅
I am gonna have a highness...now having a sleeper, which is also a Honda...Honda's engine refinement is best..it's actually having undersquare engine, not a racing vehicle. If I get this,I will reprogram its ECU myself, its torque may increase.
Why Re350 is better than CB350: 1. Better low end torque (cb350 has long gears) 2. Number of service stations (bigwing showroom are not as much as RE) 3. Maintenance cost (service cost of CB350 is Rs. 1000 more than RE) 4. Parts price (Honda CB's parts are very costly)
You r right, CB350 is way better than classic 350. Smoothness of the engine is of another level. Honda should opens more Big Wing showrooms
What about meteor 350
@Rameshchandra-ip8wc the engine is same as classic 350. If smoothness and maneuverability are the main priorities, then go with cb350.

@@BikerNiladri thanks bro🤌
@@raghunair bro budget is not issue , its about machine that i want for going college & daily commuting ....
Yeah this bike is really good
I rode its older brother the 1st gen highness its a great bike really value for money but only two things pillon comfort was literally horrible but they have overcame it buy launching this one i hope and the problem lies in its after sale service which is questionable and expensive at the same time
*Its my opnion from my exprience*
Still i will think to keep it
It can touch 120 smoothly in fourth gear after that you need to push it
Will i recommend now honda highness for long rides with pillion?
@rakeshcj3773 see if the pillon if under 5.5 and not be healthy and would not take much room then i think it wouldnt be much of an issue
@@tathagatamukherji8015 Both rider and pillion are 5'4
Is it ok and weight below 70kgs
Now Will u recommend this bike?
@@rakeshcj3773see i would if their comfortable to handle its own weight otherwise what ever i said its from my own exprience so i would say to judge it based on their test ride exprience if and only they are confident then to go for it apart from all this its really a great engine to have your side
@@rakeshcj3773i own a highness 350 and trust me bro every pillion who has sat behind me has praised the bike for its comfort even for long rides. There's an ample space between rider and pillion. So no chipka chipki hence comfort. 😅
Please do cb300f ,with all the discounts it's under 2 lakh on road...as it is great value
Yes soon
Scrambler 400x or HONDA CB350(classic model ) to buy for all purpose biking ?? any suggestions please
Scrambler 400x
I am gonna have a highness...now having a sleeper, which is also a Honda...Honda's engine refinement is best..it's actually having undersquare engine, not a racing vehicle. If I get this,I will reprogram its ECU myself, its torque may increase.
Why Re350 is better than CB350:
1. Better low end torque (cb350 has long gears)
2. Number of service stations (bigwing showroom are not as much as RE)
3. Maintenance cost (service cost of CB350 is Rs. 1000 more than RE)
4. Parts price (Honda CB's parts are very costly)
