I got the 12 yesterday and I went with a cottage core/sleepy cat look. I just added a ton of cute cate pictures from Pinterest as widgets and made all the icons green with a white version of their logos. I also drew a background and added cat stickers to my clear glittery phone case. (My phone is the green so I themed it green/orange) hope this helps :)
