Bro this is the perfect video for me, i been debating on getting a 9 or 9.5 cause im also inbetween sizes at 9.25 also im a size 9 in the 2002r do these fit the same? My sizes Vans-9 Chuck 70-8.5 Jordan 1-9.5 Airmaxs-9.5 Heres my sizes for reference, do you think i should get a 9 like you did? Is it still roomy? Does your toe stub?
I feel like a solid colorway suits this shoe better, or at least having the u-shape below the laces and the four lines attached to the toe protector being the same color because if they're not like this colorway it kind of shortens the toe box area and makes it look kind of stubby and just doesn't tie in well
‘Coming back to this about how old school running shoes work wonders as post-run recovery shoes. My typical run is 8-10k at a pace of 7-8 minutes per kilometer. That’s not the fastest pace, but it’s a decent workout. Everything from the hips down needs solid support after those runs, and old tech has just the right balance of comfort and rigidity to help facilitate joint and muscle recovery. That is why I almost exclusively wear retro runners… plus they look 🔥 I dig many adidas, NB 574 and 990v1 as well as Saucony Jazz 81 and some Shadows for looks and recovery. adidas and Saucony stay truest to old tech that SUPER durable. NB is good, but mixing midsole squish materials with the outsole rubber has the sad effect of negating outsole durability aka longevity. The new adidas and Saucony runners remain more durable than NBs. ✌🏽💙👟
Nikes branding power is immense. Take something somebody else is doing well, and do it even better. The supernovas/ NB will never the same appeal as these Nike vomero’s.
I didn't know that these shoes both released around the same time this and the 2002R not sure who released first but they do look similar especially inside of the midsole as far as height is concerned and it's funny I always thought the 2002R with it's 3 "shocks"looked like a woman shoe and I guess I can kind of even see the vomero 5 looking like a woman shoe but I do prefer the looks of the vomero 5
Thank you for mentioning the A Cold Wall collab. Many people forgot about it. I am a big fan of that shoe still.
Most comfy nike shoe ever
It's a pretty darn good shoe, that's for sure!
vast greys coming out soon gonna be so clean
I wanted to wait til next week but I might have to cop now

A 9 fits my feet just fine!
in my opinion this shoe does have NB 990 or 2002 vibes.
I'd love to see some suede or GoreTex versions.
Been waiting for someone to make a video of these even though my pair come tomorrow 😆 Great review!

Gives me 1906r vibes rather than the 2002r with the plastic heel clip.
That hoodie would go good with the Dj khaled 🤔
That's a nice looking shoe sir
Are the Premium “Light Iron Ore” and the “Iron Ore/Flat Pewter” two different color ways?
Looks like a saucony pro grid ride
No “lecture” today.
This look has been done by many brands. Check out the adidas COS Supernova and the SW collabs on the Supernova though.
✌🏽💙👟
