Been waiting on this vid. Vomero 5 is underrated. They hit on so many levels… classic, old school, sport, streetwear, and everyday wear. You can find the oatmeal colorway in extended men sizes over in Europe.

I’m surprised with how much I love my pair! Hot take the vomero 5 WILL be my most worn shoe of the year and I probably will get some other colorways. Not a style I’d usually rock casually but these are too cozy and the newer colorways definitely bring a different vibe!

NGL I'd rather just get plenty of grey NB models rather than this for this kind of style. Like Castlerock 990v6s for example. Probably have better materials too and have the made in the USA options.
I have the same thought, NB build quality, wide foot options, and made in the UK as an option.

Vomero 5s are the most comfortable nike shoes ever (i have 5 pairs in different colourways) . And in a certain retro way they are definitely eye catching.
agreed on the vomero/comfort level! you put me on to them on the last SP releases. but these are essentially 'new balance' color ways that are way too overpriced

I still have the green colorway in very good condition. Definitely top 3 comfortable sneaker for me. This kick is amazing with that mesh upper for breathability. The crimson red version is flames too. I think the vibrant colors attract me. Not to mention at the time people slept on them - which i love. I picked it up for less than retail and no 1 else were wearing them.
Green colorway = 10/10
Crimson red colorway = 9/10
All grey in vid = 8/10 (only because i have All grey nb's for my grey shoe look)

It’s so frustrating that it makes me feel that Nike is paying the content creators on social media to hype this silhouette. Dude has anyone even tried Yeezys? For that matter even Adidas UltraBoost 1.0, 4.0 DNA, 5.0? Nike Invincible Run 3? Adidas’s CloudFoam, New Balance 2002R, 1906R, the toe box is the same as New Balance 530. Do you even know any of these sneakers before giving it a rating of 10/10? I’m just curious and flabbergasted as to why anyone would say that these are the comfiest out there? For $160 this ain’t even close to being comfortable, it’s sub-standard! I’ve 60+ sneakers and you can vouch for my opinion if you can vouch for any content creators’ opinion.
Vomero's retail price nowadays is overpriced. You could get them 4-5 yrs ago at 50% off
Zoom Invincible 3 is easily the most comfortable sneaker - but the Vomero 5 is the best 'all around' shoe and one that everyone should own.
I have the Electric Green and Bright Crimson pair definitely the most comfortable sneaker ever IMO. Just ordered these, thanks for being slept on!

I'm glad they brought this model back. Got the Wolf Grey originally from 2019 for half off and still wearing it as one of my top 5 Nikes.
Like the style and was hoping to make them my Disney Trip shoes so I could still wear some 🔥. Tried them on at a Nike store and didn't find them very comfortable. Likely go with some NB.
I would give it to the Nike Invincible 3 honestly after which the Infinity Run 4. But the Vomero 5 is among the most comfortable for the lifestyle or sportstyle shoes right up there with the NB 990V6, 2002, 1906 and Asics Gel NYC.
Vomero 5s are so good on feet… I have one pair that I just wear inside the house cuz they’re so damn comfortable (and another 2 pair in rotation). not sure how I feel about this cw tho… look like Nike was trying to bite the NB 990s style sans the quality of NB materials
I’ve been wearing the original ACW pair for the last year. I LOVE them. I’ve already picked up two of the colour ways released so far. I would recommend dropping the money to pick up an ACW version
Love the Vomero 5, yet the NB 2002R is pretty much the same thing with better materials, better price and better comfort with more colorways. Tough sell for the Vomero’s considering that
I was also considering getting Vomero 5 very soon but already owned NB 2002R as part of my weekly rotation. Might wait for Vomero 5 for more colorways and hopefully under $100 price drop.

The vomero 16 is by far the most comfortable sneaker in my rotation. Can't wait for the 17 to drop. The closest sneaker next would be the asics nimbus or new balance 1080
I been wanting to try these. My daughter says they are "old man" shoes. I like them though. Just waiting to see if A. they drop in price or B. they come out in a better colorway. So far for me the NIke Invincible Run is the most comfortable shoe I wear. It's not a very stylish shoe, but I wear them because of the comfort. I'll definitely try a pair of these in the future.
The new invincible run 3 coming out looks pretty good, not sure of a release date though.

Finally someone said it out loud! Nike Invincible Run 3 is the comfiest Nike sneaker for the time being. All are hyping this Vomero for the shape of the silhouette and nothing else.
Picked these up in the oatmeal colorway. They’re comfy af. Worn and tested for my 8hr shifts in Nike.
I got the Cobblestone colorway because it has better color blocking in my Men’s Size. I can’t take them off. So comfortable!

As one who owns both; NB 9060 beats the Vomero for all dat comfort, but it's a bigger, cluncky shoe, where the Nike has a normal shape. It's give and take

These do look a lot like the NB 990 for sure. For comfort I go with Kobe’s, Kyrie’s or KD’s, then Jordan’s for everything else.

the vomero line is very comfortable both for running and walking. i think i have gone through 4-5 models, and very satisfied with their performance. and i bought all below SRP.
Great for biking and skydiving also

Love the colorway but with that 990 sole I can’t do it. Give it a 97 or Genome Air bag with that same upper and I’d be on this. I know that’s not the point of the Vomero, of course.

If I had to opt for a silhouette like these I'd get the New Balance 990 v3, 920, 2002r, 1906r, Asics Gel Kayano 5, Gel Kayano 5 360, Gel Kinsei OG or the Axel Arigato Marathon R Trail...
Every shoe on this list ( aside from the Asics Gel Kinsei OG ) features a quality wise better upper and they are comfy too!
Ngl the Wheat Grass Vomeros look pretty good but for 159.99€... there are better options...

I liked the cream/sail colorway in these but felt that price point was a bit too high to pull the trigger.
When it comes to Nike’s best comfort + style combo, for me, it’s hands down the Zoom Spiridon (first one, not the cage). I own 4 pair currently & snatch them up every time I see them near retail… any new release is welcome too.

I actually like them for like $90 same goes for the 990’s. If there were like $120-$130 range would be ideal.

Can anyone explain why sneaker heads say colorway instead of color???!! I feel the word “colorway” is an unnecessarily long way to say color just to try to sound cool. Nobody says, “Yeah I bought a Chevy Silverado crew cab in the silver colorway”..they say “I bought a silver truck”.
