Hi, love this message, I am 56 and with chronic heart disease won't make 70... This new retirement knowledge has changed me .. I now love every day, who I am at this stage... And every day I get going forward.. I am honest with myself, have prioritised my desires, my needs and what's important to me... Decided to go grey.. Or in my case pewter... To show the world me in my natural state.. How life has matured my person and my soul... I won't hid my chest or leg scars.. They are my truth... As are my smile wrinkles and thinning hair... I am me, alive and still here... Blessings to all.. Lee from NZ
Hi, I also have heart ( chronic) problems . It hit at 58. Yes, I understand how priorities change ( for me certainly after emergency surgery) . I am 62 and stronger. You love every day. I am giddy with being alive and I think my chest scar etc is very interesting. Be well ❤️
I started getting grays at 13. Started dying at 17 due to all the negative feedback! It's exhausting - all of it. Just being a woman is exhausting. It's nice to see some women being brave! You're beautiful. Thank you
This message is so needed right now! Embracing one’s age is very difficult in this era of social media. The marketing motto for women is focused so much on looking younger. If we are not strong in our own self worth, then those messages can make us feel bad or that we are doing something wrong. Thank you for lifting us up and encouraging us to feel good in our own aging skin! We need more of this!
I just love this message about aging. So many women want to turn back the clock, and I tell you what, that eventually will catch up to you. My sister is one of them. I’m the only one in the family, and when I mean family, all my family who started to go salt, and pepper with silver, I guess. I felt absolutely beautiful, I loved my hair, and I was ready to embrace the way I looked. And guess what, I looked pretty darn good... 😊! I thought I was going to look a lot older, and I didn’t, not at all. It’s a beautiful color on me, and I am letting it grow long, and it’s beautiful, and I started to use Better not Younger, and my hair looks amazing! I started to wear my makeup that I purchased from your line, and I love it, and together I can face anything! I don’t want to look younger, I’ve been there, it was great, but now it’s even better. I am 59 yrs old, and I’m proud to be my age! Thank you Nickol. 💜
Thank you, Sandra. I am almost all gray but still have a little of color to grow out. My husband loves the color. I just want to look good at 58 (in October)and want to look my age but beautiful
Carrie Brening ... you are welcome, that’s wonderful Carrie, and I’m sure you will be. I think that’s great that your husband loves your hair. Happy early 🍰🎉Birthday to you! 💜
Love your comment! I stopped coloring my hair six months ago. Turns out it’s such a beautiful color! It‘s so much prettier than the dye. Also, much healthier. It will probably take 2 years to completely grow out, but that’s okay. It’s turning out to be a wonderful journey.
I want to look as good as I can for my age. My favorite actress was Audrey Hepburn and she was aging so gracefully. Even with fine lines she was still so beautiful.I don't like the plastic look,
YES, YES, YES.. My family and friends think I've gone on a bender cause of my skin care and make up craze. This is so weird and I admit it. I've been working from home for 7 months and I still put full make up on. Not because I think it makes me look younger but because it's FUN. I feel better. We don't NEED to look younger. Let's just have fun. Do what makes you feel good. I'm sick to death of seeing such and such will make you look younger! Phooey I say!!!
Love this message! Why am I supposed to look younger? I'm tired of others defining what I should be. Thank you for the positive support. I've decided to go grey and it is opening up my mind to all sorts of things. It is liberating!!!
I love this and you! When I turned 60, I immediately felt like 'my' time was over, it was time to let it go and, in essence, sink into 'old age'. I am now 62 and still battling that to an extent with my skin changing, my neck sagging and my weight BUT I found you and your spirit lifts me up...I look forward to hearing more from you each week and this one, in particular, has hit home for me...Thank you!!!!
Thank you Nikol, every word vibrated within me! I am 4 months from turning 60 and have felt quite lost, thank you for saying it is ok just to be me, even at this age I have a tendency to be what others expect and not be true to myself, your words struck a cord.....much love, stay safe xx
Hi Nikol, and everyone, at my age soon to be 65, I'm just SOOOOOO Grateful to be Alive and Grateful, PLEASE everyone Embrace your self, haircolor, skin color, size, whatever! I have Severe ALOPECIA, no hair ,I would LOVE to have a head full of Grey, hey I wouldn't care if it was purple, seriously, I've been in units, (I call my wigs) for approximately 25 years, it's not about who, what, it's about how you feel, i love fashion, makeup (I'm a junkie) I love to makeup, (only to enhance) get dressed in my beautiful clothes and go places, until the pandemic, We are too BLESSED to be Stressed! ESPECIALLY, especially regarding the color of our hair, be Grateful you have some! I Don't!! BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOURS! 🙏🙏🙏
This was much needed encouragement. I think I will put it on "repeat." When I had my online video consultation with you, you kept referring to "looking alive." That has stayed with me. I want to look alive and be alive in my life. I want to show up for me. Thank you for your message. It is truly much more than just makeup!
I am smiling , I had my first and only child at 48 with the help of medicine . I felt young and at 62 I still feel young. I am still adjusting to my body. Ended up having open heart surgery. Lot of things happen when you have a child late. I love what you are saying and I do love your products. I need to push myself to wear makeup. That is my problem. I used to wear it all of the time
I’m 70 now and stopped dying my hair in my 40’s. I love your channel! I’m so over the beauty channels for “mature skin” when these chicks are only in their 50’s. Every one of them want us to look younger. I only use minimal make up but enjoy your make up tutorials.
I’m turning 45 in 2 weeks and I’m 6 1/2 months into my gray transition, I will tell you it is hard! No one likes it but me and I still have days when I think “ what am I doing? It’s sooo gray! “ thank you for your videos! You have been my muse! I have always had very dark hair too, so the faded redbrown mess with this bright salt and pepper is horrible and I , like you am used to being “put together” and going cold turkey doesn’t allow for that! I also got a comment saying I look like I am getting ready for Halloween! Yikes!
Stephanie F: Gosh, who would say such a thing to you? Maybe you just need some nicer friends and acquaintances! Do what feels right to you and you will be fine. The older I’ve gotten (73), the less I care what others think. It’s very freeing!😘
LOL. Age didn’t enter my mind until I was 62. Then I thought it was time to get serious about taking care of myself. That was over 9 years ago and I’m just trying to be my best me.
Great subject. Been my pet peeve seeing vlogs “ look 10 yrs younger, take 10 yrs off, Anti Aging” At almost 61 I want to look my best not look like someone else! The current movement to allow hair to go gray, fitness and diet tips for a maturing women is fabulous. Finding LOVE later in life, getting married & doing things I was not able to do when younger ( single Mom for 30 yrs so not only dis not have the time nor money) has been so much more fulfilling. Women rock no matter what age but being mature enough to appreciate who we are is a great gift.
This is golden! Or should I say, silver🤍 sending to all my friends. We are so tired of hearing and seeing the narrative of we need to stay young our whole lives. Best message ever, thank you!😘❤
Nikol so now you have me crying and you're not. As you were talking I realized how much you have done for me, for my confidence. I'm going to be 68 in November and never really liked me. I have RA so my body doesn't always look right, I have lots of wrinkles and skin damage from being out so much in the sun and just not taking care of it and I look old. I didn't want to look old. I was a mess. You have started to change the way I look at myself and I'm kind of liking it. It's a little uncomfortable but I expect ill get used to it. Thank you Nikol, still crying but happy tears.
Oh this is so wonderful Michele!!!!! I love to write positive mantras on a Post-IT and put on my vanity mirror. It’s a reminder that you are beautiful and filling your kind with those thoughts will create more positive high vibes vibrations. 😘💋
You should feel it is a complement. You are strong and an advocate for women. We are there for you and we appreciate your passion. I am 67 and feel a great release. I am going natural. Thanks for your support. Feel great about what you are doing.
Nikol, thank you for all you do for your following.... I love that you wear a cross... I know that God’s light shines through you and that is why you are so beautiful. Don’t be discouraged that others find fault with your “hell yes” or the plunge of your neckline.... you are authentic and God made you exactly as you were meant to be... I am ever so thankful that He shared you with me. 💕
THANK YOU!! I have to admit that It makes me sick and it makes me angry to constantly hear the 'how to look younger' and I actually rebel against it. I stopped dying my hair for the same reason because I got tired of being told that I shouldn't look or get older. Awesome video.
Great video. Embrace your age. I will be 60 in November and stopped dying my hair last December and so many people tell me it really suits me . It’s very liberating. I’m almost completely grey now and love it.
Love the message here. I am 56 and have not coloured my hair in over a year. I have to say there are times I wonder what I am doing as at minute there are so many colours through it. I wake each day and am so grateful to be alive and healthy and able to put my two feet on the ground. So many cannot do this. Best wishes and please keep going as I love your videos x
I want you to know that I found you about a year ago when I was trying to decide if I wanted to go gray. You gave me the courage to do it. My daughter is my stylist and she tried to talk me out of it. Even the owner of the salon where she works tried to talk me out of it! My thought was if I don't like it I can always go back to coloring my hair. As you know, it wasn't easy. I too had very dark hair. Watching your videos got me through those times when I doubted my decision. I LOVE LOVE my gray hair now!! Thank you for being there for me and the thousands of other woman that watch you. You're a blessing to this world♡♡
YES, you are obsessed with making us feel better .. with making us take the best of our potential, with making us understand and embrace our changes with age. I follow you since march 2020, I discovered you the day I decided to go grey ... you have been an inspiration to me during all these months and I never wrote any comments below your videos. But today I felt the need to THANK YOU for your purpose, enthusiasm, passion and dedication ... You gained the respect of us, your followers, and many other youtubers for that ...Greetings from Spain, Nikol !!
What a wonderful message Nikol. The way you described the experience of Henrietta getting her makeup done really spoke to me: it's not that you were trying to make her look younger - it was making her feel relevant and being seen and valued that was so special. I can say from my own experience that those are tremendous gifts. I know the pain from not feeling relevant or valued (even at 47 sometimes), but I can be present for someone else who needs to be seen. Thank you for your honest message and great work. It matters! :)
I enjoy your videos and am so thankful for the support and the guidance. And they’re also inspiring and energizing. Never once have I felt your messages intend anything other than for me to embrace being the me I want to be...setting my own rules or throwing out all the rules...I get to decide what works for me. Me and my silvers are pretty! Going grey makes a statement, and I’m enjoying the fun factor of being confident and sassy enough to say, “this is me.” 🌸
I have questions for all of you how are Americans . I am French and I have been living in New York since 1975 what it always shocked me is that women don’t like to tell they age . I am 70 now and not afraid to tell me age but no one believes me because I don’t look 70 but I never did anything just taking care myself. But they shocked when I tell them how old I am . Ladies be yourself be happy for what You are how you are
Its so easy to tell your age when you look younger. Then people are quick to give compliments, wow, you look great, etc. BUT when life has been hard on the skin, maybe health, kids, or fluctuating weight and you say your age, well, maybe you look older. What reaction do you think they will get? Exactly.
Too Sense Hi I understand ,but my life I not be a easy one if it’s what you think . I do understand your meaning. I just wanted to how why .i wasn’t trying to offend peoples I am sorry you feel that way. We all have different DNA
Monique Papon I look young for my age, I get compliments all the time. I also have a grandchild, women and men respond with with gasps and pleasantries. However, my younger sister has been through some things.. our reactions are very different. My mom and her sister had the same issue, my mother was younger than her sister but a few times people thought they were mother and daughter. It was a very hurtful experience for my aunt. So I can see why some would hide their age. I don't. Xox
@@Mockduck2020 Yes, and it's a shame! Procedures, fillers, and ANYTHING to "look younger " ,I'm reminded of Joan Rivers and her Twin sister, I almost hit the floor, her twin never had Procedures, anything done, and it was literally unbelievable! embrace every line, wrinkle, crease, pound, you earned it , so you deserve it! BLESSINGS!
I love everything you say and the support you give us ... I am 65 and I chose to go gray when I was 61 , thought all this coloring probably wasn’t good for your scalp especially the older you get ... to make the transition easier my hair dresser striped all the dye out and colored it gray .. after the first cut my gray was coming through and did not look terrible ... by the third cut I was all my own gray ... and I love it and I get compliments all the time... thank you for all that you do!
Thank you, Nikol. This video was Perfect timing for me. I’m 53 and just starting to notice signs of aging. I want to embrace it but it’s so hard with all the anti-aging messages coming at me from every direction. And not just to mature women, sadly these messages are aimed at every age group, including teenagers. Thanks for being so inspiring!
Hi Nikol such a great video. Everyone needs to here this . It's funny how even women who go silver set up rules . You have to wear this color or that lipstick. Or your haas should be short or long etc. I think a woman looks her most attractive when she is comfortable in her own style so whether that's red lipstick or chapstick waist length hair or a crew cut . You have to be true to yourself and find what makes you happy . Looking forward to when your zooms open up again. Enjoy and have a great weekend 😍😍💖
You have been such an inspiration to me in my gray hair journey! I’m 15 months in (pretty much there!!) and you helped me through the rough spots. The halfway point with 5 different colors, the unkind comments, the catching that glimpse in the mirror and thinking, oh no, I look 90! But sticking with it and being so glad I did! So, thank you for being obsessed with gray hair!
Hi Nikol, JudiLin here. First, I have never seen you look more beautiful. Your hair, makeup and top choice were superb. Because my hair is quite short, my stylist says 2 more cuts and the color will be gone and I shall be white in the front and dark in the back. I am so loving it as the hair color matches the changes in my skin at 77. Wednesday is my filler and Botox day. I do that, not because I wish to look younger, but to look in the mirror sans makeup and not be sad. I drive 3 hours each way to go to a wonderful lady who has a light touch and keeps me looking like me. BTW, loving your eyeliners, lip liners and color. Can’t wait for the heated eyelash curler.
Judilin I think that is wonderful you are choosing to do that for yourself and it makes you feel good!!!!! Nothing wrong with that and you don’t have to answer to anyone about your beauty choices. So happy you are enjoying NiKOL Cosmetics I am so excited for you to see all the new beauty for fall! 🥰
Thank you Nicole! You’re not obsessed you’re dedicated to the cause of beauty reinvented! This is a cause women should take on and rally to be beautiful at the age we are right now! Beauty at every age is what life is all about. Thank you for everything you do! Much admiration Nicole! Love you!
Im not about getting younger, I just want to enhance what I already have, practicing good skin care, eating healthy and exercising. I enjoy learning about the correct makeup to use for my age, hairstyles that enhance my face.
I really agree about your take on better not younger!!! Many women feel they become invisible with age because they are no longer young and beautiful. I believe people like you Nikol can change this mindset! 💙
Beautifully put. As I turned 50 this year I am letting go of beauty standards that make me feel bad, and embracing the ones that make me feel like my wonderful self.
I’m happy to hear this message. I grew up with the concept of enhancing your best/favorite features. I try to remind myself of this as people become more and more obsessed with superficial appearances.
Excellent message. Grow old gracefully is my mantra. Went gray 2 years ago at 61. We can be beautiful at any age. Liking and accepting yourself is the best beauty potion.
Nikol, good morning. I am so happy to see you do a video on this. This is my mantra for sure. I just uploaded video Iast week that emphasizes age is just a number and it’s not all about looking younger. It’s about looking GOOD for your age. Thank you for addressing this issue. We can soften but yet we can’t stop aging. But we surely can try to look good for our age. You are helping all of us to do that.❤️
Hi Sandra yes it’s about looking Better not Younger. Always improving on ourselves with a positive diet made up of fresh organic foods, great clean Beauty products on rotation and working out from yoga, deep breathing or doing something more intense. I will have to check out your video sounds great!!!!! Have a great weekend!!! 😘💪🏻😘
Thank you for this message Nikol. I am so happy to have found you & your channel & social media sites & MAKEUP line. I don't want to look younger just want to be the best version of myself I can be & feel good in my skin. I'm 6 mths into growing my silver & am grateful for all the support I am finding. You are beautiful, an inspiration & style goal!! And honestly your lipsticks & bb cream are life changing for me & absolutely love the formulations.
I find woman around my age (45) are obsessed with each others age. Whether it be other women we meet or googling how old a celebrity is. I used to be like this too. There is always going to be someone prettier, more beautiful and who looks younger than you. So we should embrace our own beauty. Just being yourself is the most beautiful thing of all 🌻
Nikol, thank you for your encouraging words, your upbeat manner, your positive attitudes that help all of us, no matter what we’re going through. Your videos and information give us hope on many levels, in many ways. Blessings to you...
NIkol ,thank for the great message. And yes, as woman we are constantly evolving and we need to teach this to the young woman in our lives. In my forties I felt that I had to look younger but as time goes on that changes. I found and continue to search for what works for me at 59, soon to be 60. Your message and videos are inspiring.
I started to not dye my hair when the pandemic began it was exactly when the authorities in my country quarantined us. And you know what five months have passed and I am loving it. I absolutely agree with you.
You were my #1 inspiration to grow out my old dye and grow in my natural hair. I'm 59 and thought I would have a lot of white/silver hair but I don't. My S&P looks like the back of your head. I do wish I had more white/silver but am still sticking with it. February will be 2 years for me and I'm happy to be all natural and my authentic self. Thanks for being real and caring about your content.
I read an interview with actress Charlotte Rampling once and she said that there is a point in a woman's life when you start to really see the signs of ageing and it's frightening to see the signs at first and that's when women want plastic surgery, but that if you wait through that time ... and it's quite a long time, maybe 10 years ... then you find yourself growing into your older self/face and you no longer feel the need for surgery.
I just want to show up as the BEST version of myself. Sometimes it's very hard to do that though. I can really appreciate your content and how much you have opened up my mind at the age of 44. Thank you Nikol! I have been binge watching your channel for days and ya know I won't even dare look at other subscriptions because I just can't relate to their content any longer. I found myself always searching for ways to look better with certain products and it was just let down after let down. Your channel does not make me feel that way, and I really thank you for that.❤
Thank you EVER SO MUCH for this video. I cannot tell you how much listening to this video. I am 58 years old I started greying at about 25 however it atound my front edges and the rest is black. Being black american with the greying right in the front edges it is the first thing everyones see's, I think I could have dealt with it beter if it was through out my hair, and in a few weeks I pick up the glasses , its been a challenge. Then Nickol your video pops up. And ypu have said some AMAZING AND KIND words ENCOURAGING. You are BEAUTIFUL and I THANK YOI.
Nikol, I love to watch your video’s. It is refreshing and reassuring to listen to positive message’s from a beautiful woman about helping women to look and feel their absolute best, whatever age, size or hair colour they might be. Not everyone has flawless skin, not everyone has a model figure, but you always show us how to make the most of what we have and look the very best we can, even if we don’t do it on a regular daily basis its nice to know how to do it when we want to. Thank You. 💐💐
OK time for you to lead the movement of ...not having to look younger!!! It takes the pressure off of having to be something you are not. I am almost a year into my journey of going gray,,,,people tell me it's ok that I am going gray (63) funny that they think that I am asking for their permission!
I often times find myself going on a Nikol Johnson marathon because I think you are amazing! Let me say that again, you are AMAZING!!! I scratch my head when I notice someone would give you a thumbs down, I don't understand that at all. You are such a strong and empowered woman that is giving back to women of all ages touching women of all ethnic groups and women who have varying backgrounds of varying experiences, the key word is "women" - you are touching WOMEN! Again, you are amazing and I for one am very grateful to be able to watch content that is empowering, positive and uplifting. You do not talk poorly about women, and that alone is amazing. Thank you! I am a lap swimmer and just noticed earlier this week that the chlorine burned some of my eyebrows off and my baby hairs from the nap of my neck. Any suggestions as to how to grow my hair back? Just when my curly hair has been growing down my back, to include my gray hairs. Augh! Thanks for this channel. ❤️
I personally think it's great you are ALWAYS either having videos directly related to the grey hair journey or anything related because...I too get influenced by societal opinions and sometimes feel I need to die my hair back black. Well, it's not going to happen and they are fleeting thoughts based on what I call "mind chatter". I'm good enough and I mostly embrace my grey. I am human and have my moments. I am not going back. Thank you Nikol as I know how difficult the beauty industry has been effected by the world events.
Thank you for being so real and raw with us, I know how hard it is to be so open. I also want through IVF unsuccessfully. I love and admire how you use your platform to encourage and uplift women of all ages. God Bless.
I don't know how I landed on your channel but I couldn't agree more. There's a difference between being put together and trying to look younger. I've had gray hair since I was 16 and I remember going to the salon once wanting to have some highlights and my hairdresser said "good idea, it'll hide the gray hair too". Nope, I just want to try blonde hair for fun, have no problem with having white hair! And I can't wait until I can rock a lob of gray hair at 40 or 50! Plus, natural gray hair often looks healthier than bleached and dyed white hair (and these roots...). Accepting who you are and how you look like and enhancing your best features really is the way to go with age, I think. Maybe it's my French/European education, I don't know, but often times I think it's easier to accept age here than it is for women in the US.
I love your message, your channel and this video....as I enter my 60s loving my silver hair, I am very intentionally focusing on positive images and messaging regarding aging...One of my fav instagram accounts is and.bloom...she posts photos of gorgeous women rocking their wrinkles and grey hair proudly and beautifully. I absolutely LOVE your fierce aging series and Henrietta was my absolute FAV. Its NOT about looking younger...it is about looking AND FEELING our best. At every age! I am aging...gratefully. Thank you for all you do ❤️
Thanks I needed that ❤️ In the 8th month of growing out gray, white hair from dark brown and not feeling cute! People’s reactions have been mixed,, a few backhanded compliments 🤨 But hanging tough, cant wait to be dye free!
I love your heart. I don’t wear a lot of makeup but I still love watching you because you are inspiring! Thank you for all your tips but more for your inspiration ❤️
Looking pretty is as far as I went until I hit 50. When your in your 20 and 30 just take care of your skin that is the all around beauty secret that keeps giving back as you age.
Thank you Nikol I’m 78 years old stopped coloring my hair 8 years ago. Grandmother to 3 girls and I boy 8-35 years old great grandmother to 5 boys 1-10 years old. Very active with them and my husband own a small business. Aging is something I’m grateful for my mom us 100 years old and healthy physically and mentally. She lives in independent living in her own apartment. Age and grey hair yes here it is and I plan to keep on loving life.
I don't care so much about trying to look younger, I constantly think about how I *want* to look when I'm older! I wish I was blessed with thick hair because I never wanted to be grey/white haired with a short perm (like my granny had - loved her so much though). However, I am a natural blonde with thin hair...so I guess I should wear sunscreen more often now that I am entering my 30s.
I love this video so much. I am 41 and I just focus on hydrating, eating well and finding joy in life as much as possible. All the skin care and make up is a waste of money. I have tried it all and the best my skin ever looked was when I started using less products! It's terrible that women feel that they have to use 14 step skin care routines in order to look better. Trust me, it's a waste of money. A hobby you are madly in love with will give you a better glow than any products in the long haul!
First I think your a beautiful woman I love your hair. I've had all grey with dark in the back I'm happy with it, but some times I feel like I look older 72 yrs young. Thank you so much for your inspirational message. It helped with the world going through a difficult time. I love makeup but at this time I'm not wearing it, I should grey haired ladies need it thank you again! 🥰
Bravo for you Nicole for being an inspiration for all of us women who are aging, I live here in Florida and I hope someday to be able to your studio . I love to watch your RUclips videos. Thank you for your advice.
Hi Nikol- Venus here!! What a perfect video to end the week & remind us girls and guys, that it's not about how "old you get" but, "how long you live"...Thank you, once again - V.❤

Thank for sharing this. I, too, just reached 59 and my hair looks like its been professionly done but its natural.
Mishelle Garrett ... you’re welcome. 💜 That’s awesome!
Even with fine lines she was still so beautiful.I don't like the plastic look,
She did always look so fresh and lovely.
Thank you dear Nikol; your reminder is so timely for me. “Better” is an attainable goal in so many aspects of living. Grateful to you❤️
I love this and you!
Awwwww this is wonderful to hear Laurinda!!!! 60 is just the start of amazing experiences 🥰
I feel so sad for the twenty somethings who are concerned about aging. That word never entered my vocabulary until I was 50!
LOL. Age didn’t enter my mind until I was 62. Then I thought it was time to get serious about taking care of myself. That was over 9 years ago and I’m just trying to be my best me.
Jennifer Osburn Awe...that’s so sweet. You made my day. Thank you🤗
Nice to meet you Nikol! It’s my first time here. Is anyone else besides me turning 50 next year?...
I have 8 days until the big 50. :-)
Best message ever, thank you!😘❤
😘😘 so happy you enjoyed it!!!!
Using ones age as identity should be outlawed.
Thank you Caroline 🙏🏻🙏🏻
THANK YOU!! I have to admit that It makes me sick and it makes me angry to constantly hear the 'how to look younger' and I actually rebel against it. I stopped dying my hair for the same reason because I got tired of being told that I shouldn't look or get older. Awesome video.
Right on Girl!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Great video. Embrace your age. I will be 60 in November and stopped dying my hair last December and so many people tell me it really suits me . It’s very liberating. I’m almost completely grey now and love it.
Thank you for putting such a beautiful group platform for us. Aging is empowering. We have earned it!
Love your message...I just turned 54 and in March I cut off all my dark hair....best move I ever made! It is so freeing!!!
Enjoy being free you will love not fearing the roots!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻
You're a blessing to this world♡♡
Thank you Kimberly always so encouraging to hear 😘😘
Everytime I watch a video from you I think to myself...wow I would love to have coffee with this lady. So positive and a heart for women . Love it
Thank you Michelle and I love a strong espresso 😘
YES, you are obsessed with making us feel better .. with making us take the best of our potential, with making us understand and embrace our changes with age. I follow you since march 2020, I discovered you the day I decided to go grey ... you have been an inspiration to me during all these months and I never wrote any comments below your videos. But today I felt the need to THANK YOU for your purpose, enthusiasm, passion and dedication ... You gained the respect of us, your followers, and many other youtubers for that ...Greetings from Spain, Nikol !!
Thank you Olga what a nice comment thank you for being here 😘
I stopped dying my hair at 36, best thing I ever did. I will have to take a look at your makeup line.
Ladies be yourself be happy for what You are how you are
Monique Papon that is because Americans worship youth.
Its so easy to tell your age when you look younger. Then people are quick to give compliments, wow, you look great, etc. BUT when life has been hard on the skin, maybe health, kids, or fluctuating weight and you say your age, well, maybe you look older. What reaction do you think they will get? Exactly.
Too Sense
Hi I understand ,but my life I not be a easy one if it’s what you think .
I do understand your meaning. I just wanted to how why .i wasn’t trying to offend peoples
I am sorry you feel that way.
BLESSINGS!
Thanks Nikol for this uplifting video. been struggling a bit about how old my face looks. I'll try to embrace your message. : )
Great wisdom, love this powerful message.
Thank you, really needed to hear this.
Not that there’s anything wrong with looking 90!!!
Thanks for that pep talk!sometimes it is needed❤️
I need them so much lately lol 😘😘🍷
Hell, yes! So awesome- made me giggle out loud. I love your honesty & positivity.
Authentic & real is so attractive. Thank you for your inspiration.
Thank you Nicole! You’re not obsessed you’re dedicated to the cause of beauty reinvented! This is a cause women should take on and rally to be beautiful at the age we are right now! Beauty at every age is what life is all about. Thank you for everything you do! Much admiration Nicole! Love you!
Thank you 💋💋
Im not about getting younger, I just want to enhance what I already have, practicing good skin care, eating healthy and exercising. I enjoy learning about the correct makeup to use for my age, hairstyles that enhance my face.
I really agree about your take on better not younger!!! Many women feel they become invisible with age because they are no longer young and beautiful. I believe people like you Nikol can change this mindset! 💙
Thank you Kathi 😘
Nikol Johnson You, too. I had such a great time in your studio. It seems eons ago! Be well. Let’s hope we get out of this soon! Who knew! 😊❤️
Good for you! Wonderful message that we can't hear often enough! Thanks so much for posting.
I FEEL YOUR PASSION FOR MAKING MYSELF FEEL BEAUTIFUL
Thank you for this message Nikol. I am so happy to have found you & your channel & social media sites & MAKEUP line. I don't want to look younger just want to be the best version of myself I can be & feel good in my skin. I'm 6 mths into growing my silver & am grateful for all the support I am finding. You are beautiful, an inspiration & style goal!! And honestly your lipsticks & bb cream are life changing for me & absolutely love the formulations.
Thank you Cindy 😍
I find woman around my age (45) are obsessed with each others age. Whether it be other women we meet or googling how old a celebrity is. I used to be like this too. There is always going to be someone prettier, more beautiful and who looks younger than you. So we should embrace our own beauty. Just being yourself is the most beautiful thing of all 🌻
Nikol, thank you for your encouraging words, your upbeat manner, your positive attitudes that help all of us, no matter what we’re going through. Your videos and information give us hope on many levels, in many ways. Blessings to you...
Thank you important for me to hear 😘😘
Thank you Nikol 🌹
for this emotional and inspiring message 🍀
Great message Nikol - thank you for your encouragement to us all through this difficult year. Praying blessings for you and your viewers for 2021!
Your channel does not make me feel that way, and I really thank you for that.❤
Beautifully and passionately stated Nikol! ❤️ 💋
Love your positivity, Nikol!
Love how honest, real. Sweet and genuine u are. U look beautiful and love that jacket u have on..
Wow, so glad to find you. I am a vital 68, almost 69 year old woman who loves being her age. Plus I know I look great as is.
Thank You. 💐💐
I love the entire idea behind this video, so lovely
OK time for you to lead the movement of ...not having to look younger!!! It takes the pressure off of having to be something you are not. I am almost a year into my journey of going gray,,,,people tell me it's ok that I am going gray (63) funny that they think that I am asking for their permission!
Thank you! So helpful and affirming. I didn't realize how much I needed your message 😍.
Yeah its about ageing beautifully and embracing urself..be with people who love u..and just love urself no matter what
I personally think it's great you are ALWAYS either having videos directly related to the grey hair journey or anything related because...I too get influenced by societal opinions and sometimes feel I need to die my hair back black.
God Bless.
You are so right! And I absolutely love my grey hair. 😋
Omg you are so awesome, thank you so much. I needed to hear this today.. a big hug to you Nikol xoxo
Finally! thank you for this.
Thank you . Very upbeat !
AMEN !!!! I turned 45 in May 2020 and I love being 45, I know who I am and I rest in myself ....now!🥰
Yes!!!!! 😘😘
Thank you for all you do ❤️
Thank you for being here on my channel to share Tamara 😘💋
Thanks I needed that ❤️ In the 8th month of growing out gray, white hair from dark brown and not feeling cute! People’s reactions have been mixed,, a few backhanded compliments 🤨 But hanging tough, cant wait to be dye free!
Hang in there it is worth it 🥰
I love your heart. I don’t wear a lot of makeup but I still love watching you because you are inspiring! Thank you for all your tips but more for your inspiration ❤️
I love everything about this - Sharing your journey helps others embrace their own - thank you
Looking pretty is as far as I went until I hit 50. When your in your 20 and 30 just take care of your skin that is the all around beauty secret that keeps giving back as you age.
Beautiful and thoughtful message, thank you! ❤️
This is my FAVORITE message from you so far!!!
Thank you Julene 😘
I don't care so much about trying to look younger, I constantly think about how I *want* to look when I'm older! I wish I was blessed with thick hair because I never wanted to be grey/white haired with a short perm (like my granny had - loved her so much though). However, I am a natural blonde with thin hair...so I guess I should wear sunscreen more often now that I am entering my 30s.
Thank your 4 ur positivity dear Nikol going true almost the same fase with my hair now.
I persevered with my grey hair and I'm loving it, it even has silver streaked, it is lovely ♥️
It’s always about the journey and not the destination. Much love and peace to all the goddesses out there xxx
Bravo for you Nicole for being an inspiration for all of us women who are aging, I live here in Florida and I hope someday to be able to your studio . I love to watch your RUclips videos. Thank you for your advice.
Thank you Diana 🥰
Love this message ❤️ Thank you 🙏🏻
I received my shampoo sample with my order and I really liked it. I actually plan on ordering some. Thank you!
This is such a great news 😘😘
I needed this video today. Thank you!
Hi Nikol- Venus here!! What a perfect video to end the week & remind us girls and guys, that it's not about how "old you get" but, "how long you live"...Thank you, once again - V.❤
Love that 💪🏻😘⚡️
