Husqvarna T540xp Mark 3 - Chain Comparison Husqvarna SP21g and Archer Australia w/ 16 inch bar

Cuts from both the Husqvarna SP21g chain that the saw ships with and the replacement chain made by Archer Australia. Both are 16 inch chains.

The X-Cut SP21G chain is actually made by Oregon unlike all the other X Cut Husqvarna chains which they manufacture themselves in their own factory. I'd tension your chain a bit, you try pruning stuff up aloft and it'll flip out :(

That's good to know, part of me had thought they might be when I was looking for what other options were out there besides the Husqvarna. I have seen the speedcut nanos for a couple dollars less but all the options seem to dance around the 20ish dollar mark. I also seem to think I saw them in packs listed on ebay that were a good price.

Yeah it really shows. Had to Re-tension like 6 times on the first run. Even flew off once.

Tighten up that chain a bit, otherwise it'll fly off.

A little odd. Mine usually starts 1st pull

It happened like that to me one time another day and other than that it's been about 3 pulls to start the first time of the day then pretty much one pull after that
