What you and the crew are building here is great content, clearing land/tree removal, dirt roads/driveways, basically everything using heavy equipment - can't go wrong, all good content. ...and using an image stabilizer while walking with the camera (as you've done here), is a must!
I think you’ve done a excellent job with this video series,, wouldn’t change a thing 😎😎 This is going to be a awesome pond for the owner, congrats to them 👍😎
Great content. Love the pond and lake builds. I enjoy how you place the cameras in cab with excavator operator, dump truck driver, and dozer operator. Gives a good overview of everything
Love the content! You're doing a great job visually capturing the work. Listen, the right music on the time lapse adds to the edit, just make sure your volume is low. Those of us who don't like a music bed on the TL just tune down the volume or mute. I especially love the lake building, restorations, repairs, and all things dirt moving😁
I am liking your content so far. Music during a time lapse is good as long as the volume is consistent with the rest of the video. You will never please everyone so don’t sweat a few negative comments.
Get us involved early in the project, from before first scoop of dirt. What customer is after, what you have to work with to start, what challenges site presents, how you come up with plan of attack, then we will stick with you from first episode to last and feel like we were part of the project since we bought in from the start. Letsdig pretty good about this, and it works.
I like how you've been going from man to man - machine to machine to get a broad perspective. I also like hearing the owner's view point, his thoughts about how the project is going, because he has worked the numbers, it's more than just a nine to five for him.
Your channel just showed up in my feed. I live 13 miles from the devastation in Unicoi County/Erwin, Tn and also Washington County. Jonesborough in Washington County Tn was completely cut off from Erwin due to Nolichucky river cutting a new path. So many areas in the East Tennessee mountains are in need of help. Thank you for your help wherever you may land. You have a new subscriber.
@@traceyshoun1005 thanks for the comment - please call 636-357-9457 if you know of a spot where we can land and call home - we’re actively looking for a place, or a backup plan.
If you go through RUclips you'll see a lot of dirt contractors use music and time lapse nothing wrong with it I think it's a combination of your own ideas and the ideas of viewer's that make good video's I like the in cab shots from different equipment and listing to the crew talk about the job and amongst themselves
You're doing a very good job. very professional. Good content. . You should. B. a successful channel. . Right up there with dirt. Perfect. And let's dig 18. . Music is almost necessary on all time lapses. Otherwise it just gets totally blank Quiet, which is kind of dumb. If somebody doesn't like the noise, turn the volume down..
Do ponds and "lakes" have overflows anymore? I don't remember hearing anyone or seeing anything about overflows on this project. Am I just old school showing my age or did I miss it?

To me, personally, I love the music, I think it is a nice touch to fill the voids with music.

Love heavy machinery working! Especially on a pond or lake. Would love to know what a project like this would cost.
Great Vid 👍👍👍👍👍👍
have " we are putting clay on to of the damn" on repeat on time lapses hahaha

Great job on the pond might want to tilt the camera up a bit loading the haul trucks
Thanks for the tip
Just do your thing you’re doing fine you’ll figure it out
Yeah it’s a shame we are willing to go help with equipment and having to fight the system to help folks in need…
man! I'm tellin ya
Yes. yes, nice camera. Thanks for the expense.
Thanks!
Money drivesem crazy, kickbacks galore it's not conspiracy it's facts, local governments can be dicey or ok

That looks to be 3.1/2--4 acre pond?
How far down before getting into usable clay?
What size of overflow drain pipe?
How long from start to finish?
Probably so - updated video posted today - roughly a month to complete - depth varies on usable clay
Do ponds and "lakes" have overflows anymore? I don't remember hearing anyone or seeing anything about overflows on this project. Am I just old school showing my age or did I miss it?
Yes! Update video posted today
Well those truckers willing to outlaw might not be so happy now!
