    Absolutely Killer Seng. Thank you for putting this together and using wickeds as a major part of your arsenal.

      Thank you guys so much for creating an art work. It proves to be productive morning, afternoon and evening. I was able to get a ton of people to try it this year. Everybody who tried it out caught fish. Broke some river curses, had people on their first fish, and some on their first limits. The wicked lure is WICKED. Love it guys, thank you

      Thank you! I believe last year I had 60lb Braid for main line, 40lb mono for my bumper, and 30lb mono for leader. Used with No.1 deep six diver with triangle flasher, and Wicked Lures. (30lb recommended if trolling for salmon) Any color blade works. My favorite is the blue blade. I will try to make a video this year on my technique I use. If you have the right set up, the rest is technique. Being consistent with the technique will make you land a ridiculous amount of fish a day on that river.

    That’s awesome. How fast were you trolling?

    Awesome video. 14:00 barely set your depth and and got hit lol. Kayak fishing looks legit. A whole lot going on and you still gotta net your fish lol. That box below you your controls for your trolling motor? And I'm guessing to your left is the rudder controls.

      Happens so much at this river! Once you’ve achieved trolling your gear at the 1’ depth range, you’ll get bumps like crazy. I appreciate your words man! Yes it’s a PWM controller, allowing my trolling motor to regulate the amount of speed/juice it’s drawing. I just recently upgraded my kayak so I will be posting videos next time on a new setup!

    Nice video, can I ask where you are launching? I have a heavy Outback and want to find the easiest place to launch on the hillside close to where you're fishing. I used to work at that Boeing facility.

      Thank you! Normally all kayakers launch at Duwamish Waterway Park. Try avoiding low tide launches unless you want to be knee deep in duwamish mud

    Yeah buddy!! You're killing it. Did you get a trolling motor? What lure is that?

    • @pnwkayakadventures
      @pnwkayakadventures  2 года назад +2

      I had one last year but it had some problems. Just trying to give my back a break for the work I do! It’s the Wicked Lure. Pink hoochie with a blue blade, I only run wicked’ spit there, everybody else using brads wiggler or cut plugs. Go with the wicked lure

    Nice fish!
    How do you know how deep your diver is diving? I've just been using droppers and feeling bottom.

      Put into a ratio of 2’ line = 1’ of depth. It varies depending on current and speed you are traveling. Dialing it in takes a few runs up river and down river. But typically while trolling in the 18’-26” water column, a No.1 deep six diver will take between 40-70’ of line depending on the direction of the river. Droppers work too! I prefer a diver for more control. It doesn’t cause rod tip to bounce as much as a dropper does.
      And yeah bro I remember you! Hope to see you out there again!

    Best WA 2022 coho video I've seen so far. What size diver is that?

    • @pnwkayakadventures
      @pnwkayakadventures  2 года назад +2

      Awe man that seriously made my whole day. Thank you so much. It’s a no.1. I’ll run a number 1 during high tide then swap over to a no.0 during low tide. Reason behind that so I can get the line further away from the kayak
