If you try to replace a jetta rear bumper and the car already comes equipped with blind spot sensors in the rear bumper, do those need to replaced when installing a new bumper? Are the sensors attached to the bumper or are they underneath the bumper, as in part of the shell of the car?
@@nakaidav I think some parts underneath the bumper (bumper support brackets?) need to be swapped out as well but I’m not too sure. I’ll eventually get around to it but not sure when it might be awhile :/
Why is there two? I don't think I took mine off when I installed it I think I may have broke that piece off with my last bumper what happens in that case ?

A hidden pipe in the ground took my bumper off in 2 seconds 👍
Y’all saved me at work today ! Thanks
Awesome guys. Super helpful. Especially for pointing out those hidden screws. Worked on my 2012 Jetta 2.5 SE
Thanks guys!!! I just subscribed. Each video you make is to the point and exactly what I needed.
You guys deserve more credit
Great video. I have a 2016 S Jetta. Took me about 3 hours total. There are less screws than in this video Thanks
Great video congratulations
Thank you
Fantastic video thank you!
Thank you so much.
Thanks for the video
Are all of the MK6 Rear Bumper Covers compatible with each other? ie Would a 2012 fit a 2015?
Awesome thanks

Thanks so much for the helpful video. I hope you bought some new tires :-)
there is a black plastic panel underneath the bumper. Yours is missing that. Did you remove it before this step.
Are you guys able to make a video on “how to remove rear emblem” on the mk6 Jetta? Not the hatchback, just regular sedan.
Front bumper removal video please.
Is this the same for 17 - 18 facelifted models?
^
can the 2013 gli rear bumper fit my 2013 2.5 se?
Wondering the same thing the rear gli bumper has the diffuser that looks nice

What's the screw at 1:54 for?

Can you show how to attach it back? I removed the bumper but not able to attach it now :(
What issue did you have? I'm replacing mine in a few hours
Can’t get mine to snap back on after taking it off either
