    How about Japanese katsu curry?
    If you’ve never tried before, you should try once it would be addictive.
    Katsu curry is originated in one western restaurant in Ginza, and now it’s widely known to all over the world.

    They are quite mild heat ? Or can you select the heat ? I’ve only ever had ones that are mild but rich taste.
    Edit.
    I see you can add hot sauce. But can you select a hotter base curry ?

      The spiciness is depending on the diners.
      I remember that only last diner could choice the spiciness. Others are fixed and we could add some spice if we’d like to.🍛

      That must be katsudon. It’s also one of Japanese popular menu attracts us.
