8:59 that corvette driver knows what slip angle is and is fully capitalising on it to make him go faster. You should learn the same thing too Nick

hes sliding with to much angle its also rainy so he may have lost some grip and that slide was unintentional
That's not slip angle my man that's just a drift, you wouldn't be able to tell if a car on slicks was using slip angle because it's so minor, if they run semi slicks you might be able to tell but it certainly wouldn't look like that

Can confirm. Tire pressure in the rears got away from me, and in almost every corner the rear would come around on me.
Sometimes I will trail brake or lift to rotate the car for a better exit, but that is not what is happening there.
Once the car breaks loose, you’ve got to put the power down, get the rear to squat, and drive it out. Result: epic drift, and slow corner.

nick when warming your tyres up you shouldnt weave as thats taking some of the tread off, I think, therfore you need to brake which will warm up to brake disc the warm up the tyres, I think. well i saw this on a video but it was a while ago and dont remember it much

So as it turns out Forza isn't that different from real life after all
I just purchased a gr86 and I'd like to track it at some point. How do classes work? How can the blue BMW be in your class if its so much faster. 86s are suppose to be really good at cornering. I would think if you were flat out you would at least close the gap through turns.
It’s based on lap time. Our break out is 2:26. So if you’re under that you’re in the same class
