Hi. Thank you for the video. I bought the probe. When I use it to check the continuity (pushing the horn) it shows 300 Ohm resistance. Normally it should be zero. What does it mean? Im a nooby cant really understand where is the problem

What number fuse is it under the dash or is it a relay?
Is it orange wire on a 2009 Honda Civic?

It's called power probe. You can buy them from any auto parts store or online
