- Many have said that Le Tub, located in Hollywood, Florida has the Best Burger in America. The accolades began with an article in GQ Magazine stating that Le Tub has the best hamburger in the USA and then Oprah Winfrey also declared it to be #1. Since the 1970's, Le Tub has been serving up great food and drinks along the intercostal waterway in Hollywood, FL. Personally, I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and I wanted to share my thoughts with all of you. Have you been? What do you think?
Great video and commentary! I was recently in Ft. Lauderdale but Le Tub was not on my Itinerary. It is now and I'm looking forward to my next visit so I too can "INDULGE"! Thanks for posting.

I just went a couple weeks ago while hanging out in Pembroke Pines area. Went to a Joe Bonamassa concert at the casino and just decided to stay for a while. I've been wanting to go to Le Tub ever since hearing about it from Oprah. I just went in the early evening and got it to go because I'm not much of a bar person. It is very cozy and charming though and I agree with the rustic vibe that people mentioned. I waited inside but the view of the water is stunning. The bartender said they don't usually do to go orders but since it wasn't too busy at that time said he would do it. I gave him a good amount for a tip for doing that. The burger is HUGE. The photo of it here doesn't do it justice imo. It is so good. I've also tried Holeman & Finch in Atlanta (another highly recommended eat before you die burger) which was just as good as this. I didn't get the fries but probably will next time. I tried some of their chili which their menu states has also made them famous. It states that it has green peppers which are not but jalapenos so it's good but kind of spicy.

most of the staff has worked there for years i gre up in Hollywood Florida spent many hours in the exact table you ate at arriving bu boat ,car, bicycle , and motorcycle over the years way before Oprah populied the place
Yes Craig it is a true gem in Hollywood. I too have been going there for over 20 years.
Grew up in Hollywood Fl , Le Tub has been known by the Locals for many years! it used to be a quiet little Best Kept Secret untill Ophra Winfrey ate there and began bragging about it a few years ago now some of the Locals don’t care for the busy clientele of the place it’s a great place to stop by in a boat although the docking and currents can be tricky FYI the bartenders have also been working there for nearly 30 years as well

Is Le Tub better than burger fi?
In my opinion, yes. Burger Fi is a chain that makes good burgers... But Le Tub is one of a kind with a much bigger and more flavorful burger
