I live in NYC and I’m about food, travel and work.
Old school New Yorkers leave the lettuce and tomatoes on so we dont have to taste the meat. The burgers are cheap for a reason haha. Cool video. Subscribed.
French onion soup and a burger would be my go to meal. Having tried many burger joints in different cities, I still like the way New York 24/7 Greek Diners make their $10-12 burgers.

Thanks! I have no idea how they can keep it that affordable, but I’m at least glad this place exists. Good food for not a lot of money!
medium rare is not correct for burgers. Most restaurants won't do below medium and you don't need to because the fat is so high and the meat is ground.
Fair enough. I still prefer medium rare, and the good restaurants will give one the option to cook their meat in that manner.
@@Jamesnu there's really no point and cooking beef less than well done is not exactly safe.
@Mo Sabri I feel that it tastes better, and while it is more of a risk to eat meat on the pinker side, I've thankfully never gotten sick from it.
@@Jamesnu I think gordon ramsay cooks his burgers to medium if i'm not mistaken. I think umami burger does the same
@@overnightclassic2 Yeah, some places only cook burgers one way.
