      walking is my favorite thing ever, i can’t wait to do my big walk i need to get some things organized first, but you’ll know when i start my prepping ☺️

    Yes and yes!I love it. I love running too, but I do believe because of the lower heart rate levels, it burns more fat for fuel. Most people can't run slow enough to reap the benefits. Walking is amazing. Also floor sitting and resting squats are good to sprinkle in throughout the day as well... more of a hunter gather way of life. Awesome job

      thank you so much! i’m gonna look into that bc i also need hip opening help and hold some tension and probably trauma there. i hear a lot of trauma is held in the hips and somatic exercise like that can help. thank you for this insightful tip!
      yes i totally forgot to mention low intensity steady state benefits (LISS) i think that’s what you mean about heart rates but i didn’t realize that about running, thank you so much for watching and sharing!

      @@taylortelevision check out Kadour Ziani's "seven postures" it's excellent. He is the greatest dunker (basketball) in history. He injured himself with a complete rupture of his achilles tendon. He recovered completely.
