Not only the 310 has a bigger bass port than the 300, it definitely has different woofers and maybe different tweeters since claimed frequency response is up to 20khz now compared to the 300's 18khz. People went to the 100 instead of the 300 because the 100 sounded more balanced and had brighter mids and highs, the 300 just sounded muddy. The 310 now solves all this. No reason to go for the 100 now besides the price and weight.

Antes de ir às lojas olhei várias análises na internet, no final, fiquei entre a Sony v72d e a JBL partybox 300, o preço estava praticamente idêntico. Depois de ouvir as duas, cheguei a conclusão que a Sony seria o melhor investimento, pois oferece dezenas de recursos a mais que a JBL, além da potência ser infinitamente melhor. Já possuía uma JBL Charge 3 e gosto do som. Mas quando se trata de caixa pra uma proposta maior, a Sony deixa a JBL no bolso. A qualidade da partybox é indiscutível, mas a Sony v72d é sensacional, achei o áudio bem mais limpo e detalhado. Outro dia coloquei no volume máximo, é realmente fora do sério, não tem como usar dentro de casa, é muito agressivo, e não distorce nada. A única desvantagem em relação à partybox 300 é que não tem bateria interna, no resto a V72d deixa ela no bolso, em tudo.
Tem a party box 200 que é basicamente uma party box 300 sem bateria. Por consequência a 200 é mais barato. Tou querendo comprar a 300, aparentemente a 310 é a mesma coisa da 300 porém é melhor de levar . Apenas isso

Se vc tiver a oportunidade antes de comprar, ouça o som das duas (Sony e JBL), dificilmente vc comprará a JBL. Mas talvez o modismo e o status da JBL prevaleça na hora da escolha.

I haven't tested, if you can feel the bass outdoors, but it's loud outdoors, but I recommend you to put the speaker in front of a hard solid wall, if you want louder bass.
