This was so good. Laughing all the way through it. Dean is so funny. The gear box. have you checked to see if bolts etc are all tight round bell housing. I have found in the past some time all you need is a bit shit on the surfaces that can put it slightly out of line. I have seen put a feeler guage between the block and bell housing then close to bolt hole. Bolt it up. Drive it see if is slips out better or worse. If worse slip feeler in opposite side of box. Try again. If fixed or better you know on right track.
Great to see Dean get to drive it. Yes, I'd love to see all 3 race. If I ever come into some money I want to build a Superlite SL-C with a LS427. Sad to hear you are selling the Z06.

Clutch to lighten that up. You can drill a new hole in the clutch pedal arm right next to the old one. Hole must be in direction of the pivit point on the peddle box. If you go the other way will make it harder to push. Don't make the edges of the holes more than 3/16 " apart. only This far will make the clutch harf as light. About same as vacume assisted. Remember the clutch will have more travel as well. This is why you don't want new hole to far away from the ariginal hole. This might not work or not have the room if has a after market peddle box with the clutch rod being shorter than aprox 4 1/4 inch. Be to much angel into the master cylinder. Steve from New Zealand

Yes Race all 3 together. My 💰 is on the GT40. You drive the GT40, Sandy drive the Daytona (since he likes it so much), and Dean drive the one w/ the little motorcycle brakes since he used to race motorcycles.
Race for sure! For the giggles, smiles and comradery. Whichever cars hooks up on the track best might have the advantage. Doesn't matter, just watching those machines run and hearing Emelia giggle will be worth it.

Hi Emelia!! I worked on a lot of Transmissions when I was a heavy truck mechanic. Probably rebuilt more then 200 or so. I dont know if the little trans in your car is going to be set up the same. But usually its just a synchronizer that goes bad and causes the trans to jump out of gear. Not to bad of a job. So id look into that first. Take care! Oh one last thing. My son and his wife are having a baby in December. Just wanted you to know. Her name is going to be Emelia too!!!
