I’ve been eating healthy for the 2 months I’m stilll bulking up but because I eat 5 pieces off chicken and 4 eggs with white rice before I go gym evenings I eat. Salads and lunch and I eat fruits I don’t drink so much soda or eat candy
Some people need positive affirmations to keep them on track , also if you write down your goals weekly or take before and after pictures as you progress , that can all help ...good luck 👍
I know what you meant. You meant you start strong but it is hard to stay motivated? It takes time to build your taste buds for healthy eating. Once you get used to it, it is VERY hard to eat garbage.
i literaly eat mcdonalds breakfast and a shake, batch cook tuna pasta or shepeards pie and have 3 meals of that a day with shakes, then between just eat crap packets of mnm's chocolate buttons the lot even pizzas, atleast 4 meals a day around 4k or above calories im around 175lbs and still can see a few abs at 35 years old its like i cant seem to get past this limit, but if i eat any less my size and weigh rapidly decreases

Speaking of chocolate...I eat 90-95% pretty much daily...probably to much, but read that they are now saying the fats in real dark chocolate are on par with fish oil..if not better!
From the studies this is not 100% true BUT you are not wrong that, and it's cacao more specifically, that holds these benefits. Cocoa which is typically in most chocolate is nutrient stripped. I have seen studies that fat in general is not the enemy but rather high sugar. Cut it out and you'll see! I lost 10kgs by cutting it out and staying active
