I have the body pod and it's been kind of hit or miss to me. I have a cheaper Renpho that said I was at 25% body fat. Hume said I was at 20% on first weigh in, then the next day it said I was at 15%, then the next day it was at 22% Renpho on the other hand stayed a consistent rate that only varied by 0.5% per day which seemed way more realistic to me
I too am having problems with the return process. They start a conversation with me then completely fall off the radar once I say I am trying to return it. Mind you I had it out of the box for an hr before starting the return process
You have to use this with bare feet to get any accuracy with these scales because it's based on conductivity through the skin. It can be affected of your skin is dry clay is best or moisture. Not sure about these units accuracy just know the mechanism and ideally empty stomach empty bowels will give you a more accurate measurement. Even drinking fluids will alter the numbers.
Thanks for this comparaison. What did you mean by accuracy? I Have another brand but i Have doubts. It shows that I have bone mass above the average but When I did a dexa i had osteopenie….
Great question! Both the Body Pod and FitTrack can be used by multiple users, so it’s perfect for families or roommates looking to track their health together. Each person should download Hume app and create their own account. When it's time for a user to weigh in, they will need to re-pair their phone with the device.
Years ago I bought the FitTrack. I had myself, then my mom, then my brother step on the scale. We all got the same exact read out. Which would not be possible. I returned it. Now I’m thinking of buying Hume, wondering if it’s all just BS.
Thank you for sharing your experience! It's really helpful for others to hear about different products before making a decision. If you're considering purchasing Hume Health Body Pod, we have a special discount for it: ruclips.net/video/vvQgGafRnTg/видео.html
Great video dude. One of the most thorough comparison video I’ve seen! I have the fit track and a withings and my bodyfat is 5% different between the 2. I’m more serious about fitness and bio hacking. So you think I should pick up the bodypod and ditch the other 2?

Hume has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting for a return authorization. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
why do you want to return it?
Thanks… I won’t be getting it now. I hate terrible customer service.
Because it’s junk.

Does either one integrate with Apple health?
Great question! Yes, both the Hume Health Body Pod and FitTrack scales can sync with Apple Health.

As if the name ‘body pod’ wasn’t off-putting enough, it doesn’t help that the logo and branding reads like ‘exhume’.

Did you get the body pod? Wondering to get this or the withings body scan but trying to find out which is more accurate?
@@Yahya-Xwithings I heard is not accurate unfortunately
Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. Still haven't received the scales no update or tracking information. Feels like a scam
Which one did you order? Did you ever receive it? What was the verdict? 🤔
